For what the ground bait if dont need use that? I caught the leviatan on the first try without the groundbait .

I just used a closed feeder with the mixture, like it says in the mission text. No spod rod needed. Guess they fixed it.

Same spot has massive beluga. Caught a few before the monster. The beluga will also bite 8/0 or 10/0 hook with large minnows without the feeder.
