Seems like he was hired as a "half-time" like performance, the people at the table look like judges and they seem as if they're busy scoring whatever was going on before he started dancing. That would explain why they're not interested in his dope dancing.
Finally, someone understands the bigger picture as to why they werent watching lol they were the judges of a dj battle and they were counting scores to see who won !! :)
