Just a suggestion, when you are cooking ground beef you really don't need to add any oil to the pan, the beef is already loaded with fat. And avocado oil is really expensive, if you cross that off of your grocery list it will save you a few bucks. Also, adding fat to your meat is not going to help you if your goal is to lose weight... that advice came from Dr. Eric Westman (a keto doctor) not me. As for your walking routine, if you have a mall in your area many people walk in the mall during the Winter months to avoid the cold and ice, don't fall and hurt yourself.
