    As a Chinese, I know the difficulty of Chinese, just as I learn English. And I really wanna make a friend who wants to learn Chinese and whose mother tongue is English, and then we can practice together and make progress together. Learning together can be more motivating. Languages are amazing, but learning them is crazy!!!

    Any chance someone has taken this exact video and made flashcards or a text post with all these translations? This video is awesome and so helpful, but it would be even more helpful to have all these phrases in digital flashcards or some sort of document listed in one place for easy reference and practice :)

    How might we differentiate between "Can you do this tomorrow?" and "Can you do this *by* tomorrow?" You use the latter translation for “你明天可以做吗?” but I don't see anything to mark tomorrow as the latest acceptable time. Do we just assume the meaning by context?

    Its good. Just some parts like the first one for example where youre supposed to say 美 as měi but you kinda sounded more like 没 or méi. You may want to lower your pitch when saying pinyin to be more accurate with the third sound. Everything else is really good. It all really just depends on talking more with natives while learning this to be even more fluent.
    But this video is really good for people wanting to learn Chinese.

    Excellent. Sound and tonal quality the best II've found. But (always the but), how do I use it efficiently. 56 minutes is a
    pretty long lstretch of language to mimic. Went to your info page but not much there other then the bla bla promotioal you tube stuff. Can I buy and download this so I can break up the program into 2 or 3 minute useable sound bites? Really think you have a quality mass sentence list but I cant really use it efficiently as presented.

      Thanks for the message. I intend to be making a part 2 with more phrases. I plan on the next one being not quite as long. But maybe what you could do is record 2-3 minutes of each part you need. And then loop it and practice saying it. Memorizing these over 200 phrases is a lot, but they are ones most people will use everyday as learners. Or at least the grammar patterns will be similar and you can then substitute new words. I'm glad to see people learning this cool language. : )

    what's the difference between 明白 / 懂??

    • @user-um3lk6jp6n
      @user-um3lk6jp6n 7 лет назад +6

      Nothing, really. They both mean understand. For example, you can say “好,我明白了” (Okay, I understand) and “好,我懂了“ (Okay, I understand). One small difference is that 明白 can be used as an adjective. So, "明白人" means a wise person, but 懂 can only be used as a verb.
