Toy industries need to something that can be mass produced fast to make profit. No company will try to spend a whole month to produce only a few and sell for a cheap price. If you like these to be on the market, expect limited quantity and a few thousands bucks
just throwing an idea. When you are making the stones, you could probably use some neodymium magnets so you can actually put and remove the stones. That will also help to have the effect of the stones getting pulled in to the gauntlet. Your skills are amazing!

Fun fact: The right-handed gauntlet's only use, when completed, is to snap. You cannot use the stones individually without getting harmed or killed yourself because it is made out of Nano-Tech, and not Uru, which is a metal that can fully absorb and disperse magical energy. I must ask, considering i don't have the funds to even start my own toolbox or workshed, how much would it be for you to make a copy and then ship it? I assume you're in the US, so international shipping wouldnt be an issue, but im actually thinking pretty hard about grabbing this lovely piece of work.
This one is probably too much work for me to do as a commission. Would take too long for it to be affordable for any sane person to buy. More than $2000, less than $3000.
You could definitely buy the tools for less than it would take to buy one. David has a video on his channel where he shows and describes the tools he uses on his videos. They are primarily hand tools you can get at any of the big box stores such as Lowe's/Home Depot, even Harbor Freight/Menard's. I went through the used tools at a pawn shop to pick some up for a cheaper price. He doesn't use anything that isn't easily accessible for us newbies to get a hold of and give it a go. :-)
A DIY infinity stone Gauntlet that can bend far enough to 'snap' Nice. I know the snap sound in this video is edited, but out of all the gauntlets shown on RUclips, this is the only one that can make the middle finger and thumb get close enough to snap.
I designed it that way for this very reason. And yes the snap sound is edited in, however it really does make a sound similar to snapping when I do it. Not a SNAP, really, but a sound that could be interpreted as a snap
@@DavidGuyton Odd, I've made the thanos infinity gauntlet that you've posted a video of and it doesn't take too much work to chip the paint, maybe it's because I didn't use primer
18:32 I don't quite understand why there are rivets in the brass here (these double ones) since the leather is glued on, are the rivets just for the looks?
There is leather glued to the underside of those brass pieces, and then it's trimmed off, Then it's riveted down to a strip of leather with the two small rivets. Then the strips are riveted to the glove
Hi I think you gauntlet is SOOOO COOL!! I am trying to make this with my dad and we can’t figure out how to make the mold itself, we tried clay but with no luck could you please tell me how you made it
Check out my latest tutorial where I make the original Infinity Gauntlet. I go over it better in that video. You will need to make your shapes in something hard...in this case I used plaster than I broke up onto the shapes I wanted. Then I sprayed them with a solution of about 1 part Elmer's glue and 5 parts water. Let that dry overnight. then paint with some glossy spray paint and let that fully dry. Then you will need to make a silicone mold. I use Smooth-On OOMOO 30. Mix it in equal parts and then pour the mold around your parts.
NOBODY is perfect not even him he tried so hard and it worked it cost everything to make this so congrats to you man may you keep making amazing objects and keep up the great work I love it!
it would be awesome to put sensors than light up the stones for every finger and the mind stone would get activated by pushing your thumb to the side instead of your palm
Hey man, great build, I've just bought some of your stones and I've had an idea I wanted to run by you for my build: Do you think it's doable to wire a push button into the circuit and position it into the palm of the glove so that the stones glow when you close your fist (One of your fingers would provide sufficient pressure to the switch in the palm)? I also wanted to check with you how customise-able the templates are size-wise or if your builds are a one-size-fits-all kind of deal. Thanks a bunch and keep up the good work.
Hi Ricky. Yes I recognize the name...your stones are on their way to the UK. As far as a button, yes that's totally doable, but you'll need to find one that has the right resistance when you push on it. I imagine for what you want to do, it has to be fairly easy to push. The button I used (inside the Vambrace) is a pretty standard plastic toggle switch, and wouldn't work for what you are planning. As far as sizing, you can alter the size using your printer or having an office supply store scale it up or down for you. You'll have to keep in mind the size of the stones though. Since they are a fixed size, you'll need to be sure you make the knuckleplate can accommodate them. They will fit the gauntlet exactly if you make it the size the template calls for, but if you want to make it a little smaller, you'll probably need to keep the holes where the stones go roughly the same size as indicated in the template.
Thank you so much for this tutorial!!! I thoroughly enjoyed watching you build the gauntlet and I think this is the best video out there for this!! Keep up the good work!

@@DavidGuyton fantastic, thanks for the advice!
Most fanmade gauntlets i saw seems off - maybe too big or not fit well i dont know.
But your gauntlet seems soo comfort to wear and SOLID!.
Still cant believe an alternate version of Tony became the main villain in Endgame.
Thank you so much for this tutorial!!! I thoroughly enjoyed watching you build the gauntlet and I think this is the best video out there for this!! Keep up the good work!
Infinity Stones in both this (rough texture) version, and the Thanos (smooth, Infinity Gauntlet) version are now available at the Armor Templates website. They will go fast...first come first serve. I will crank them out as fast as I can to keep up with demand. armortemplates.com/infinitystones.htm
Hey man should the red paint be metallic or normal?
@@matybebe-_-5035 I bought Metallic paint but it didn't come out all that metallic.
@@radrush_mx957 Good luck. Materials to mold, cast, and color these will run you about $100, let alone the $150 pressure pot required to eliminate bubbles. But by all means do it yourself if you have the time, equipment and materials.
@@DavidGuyton Thanks man appreciate it!
@@DavidGuyton Actually i bought some aluminum plate and had old glove and used glue for it. About 10 dollars rn but i haven't bought spray yet and i will be doing the stones differently and not light up.
Wow Well done. The real Iron Man!!
I like to call it the iron gauntlet
If you made this out of cardboard, would it last long enough?
For a second I thought it was the Hot toys one, that’s how Awesome it looks
Hot toys is terrible when it came to their gauntlets. Not even close, this one surpasses hot toys by a long shot
Me and may dad are in the process of making this now and it is SO COOL! it makes a very fun father, son project thank you!
Any plans for a iron man set?
I'd buy that for a dollar!
Really amazing build. So clean. Awesome job. Thanks for sharing. (I just saw the 'official merch' toy version of this and it is utter garbage. You are an artist and a craftsman!)
9:20 It's called the Mind Stone, my friend. And BTW, it looks amazing!
Wow what a genius
FREAKING AWESOME MY DUDE! I’m still building the infinity war gauntlet but I may build this one later on after I finish, this one is cooler
We love you 3000 for making this.
Thanks for hearting my comment I subscribed.
You have an AMAZING God given talent sir! This is awesome!!
Where is the nanotech?
your voice sounds exactly like SomeCallMeJohnny and I love it
haha I had to go check out one of his videos to see. He sounds a lot more professional than I do
21:23 Bro. I knew it wouldn't Wo-
i absolutely love your work!! it has inspired me to make my own gauntlets!
Thanos: I have the infinity gauntlet!
Iron man: Am I a joke to u?
This guy: Hold my beer 🍺
Thor: drinks that beer
