    I found 2 cut washers in my house that fit exactly at the bottom of the handle clamp. To my surprise vibrations reduced a lot. I will try fixing on the top as well. Hope it will reduce further. Thanks for sharing.

    If u really want to reduce vibration at handle bar my suggestion would be add a tyre tube piece from puncture shop u will get it for free in between the C clamp and handle bar rod and tighten is with spring washer for all four bolts

    I would advise, having done it on my Classic EFI-500 that after running the engine in properly to 1000km that you start using more revs through the gears so that the engine loosens up further By 2000km the engine should have loosened up and be able to rev over 5000rpm without excessive vibration. It will also produce more power and run more smoothly at the bottom end.
    Once it has been run in, use more revs to further bed the engine in.

    Good stuff..welding a rod is effective but using the extra bar end weights will only increase the vibration.. for example attach a 50-100gm bolt to a rod n see at the ends of it..it vibrates unnecessarily, try to use only 1 bar end & feel d change.

    Not a fan of the pencil thin handgrips on my Enfield, I found a pair of thicker, much heavier grips. They were advertised as "The most comfortable grips for your bike" and they made a HUGE difference.. I believe they were made by Kuryakyn.

      1. Rod is solid iron, not hollow
      2. Around 5 packets
      3. I'm waiting for my action cam to arrive from US, i promise I'll make a video while running to show the reduction in vibrations..
      Thanks for watching!!

    • @pratapmisra7342
      @pratapmisra7342 7 лет назад +2

      Bulletism Unlimited Sorry, any rod hollow or pipe will work since it balance the vibration at left and right grip ends technically with an effect of reduced vibration.
      Don't worry. All motorcycles create vibration at handlebar after a certain speed. My Pulsar is also vibrate above 70. My RE classic 350 vibrate slowly from 55-60 then goes smooth from 60-70 and again starts vibrating from 80 onwards.It is a cruiser vehicle not meant for racing.
      People have ambition to buy RE but couldn't due to fear factor
      1.Don't want to spend high price
      2.Want to buy high fuel economy bike
      3.Fear to drive a heavy bike like RE
      will always complain against RE out of frustration.

    I made changes as said in your video
    1. Tightened the mounting bolts
    2. Extra Bar end weights
    3. Filled handle bar with sand and bearings
    after doing these the vibrations were minimised to maximum extent but
    when I welded a SS rod to the handle vibrations have come back ...later realised that I welded a hollow one..do you think thisis the reason for the vibrations to come back ??
    Should I be using only a solid iron rod or even a solid SS rod works ??
    Now I want to use MSeal instead of sand ..how to push it into Handle Bar ??
    Im planning to have rubber washers for the mounting bolts..where can I get them and what would be the size I need to ask them
    Thanks,
    Naveen

    • @BulletismUnlimited
      @BulletismUnlimited  7 лет назад

      +Naveen M I'm amazed you tried so many things already!! Great stuff :/
      Go for a solid rod, not hollow. Solid SS will also work...
      Pushing mseal inside is time consuming, here's the trick.. get a small hole done under the c clamp.. start stuffing mseal from there.. it will take time, but is effective.. leave it to dry for 4-5 hrs or overnite...
      Any hardware shop will help u rubber washers... Go for the same size as that of the cut washers...
      Let me know if you face any issues

    Grips is the last on the list...
    1. Oil, fresh, change afrer 5000km, after that oil loses its properties...so. Yeah. Fresh oil Really helps!
    2. Rubber foot peg mod
    3. Rubber on fuel tank, so vibes dont transfer.
    4. 2t oil added to fuel in 500:1 ratio, works as upper cylinder lube, use TCW3 oil.
    5. Grips...and barkBusters against the wind!

      Charan Reddy don't waste money on synthetic oil, first of all there is no fully synthetic oil it's mixed with regular oil, in balanced proportion. Secondly synthetic oil should be only used for recommended engines prescribed by the company RE regular motorbikes doesn't come under that category , thirdly synthetic oil should be used where there is extreme climate .

    and what rpm meter u using??

      +allwin samuel a heavy handlebar is a good option too... I did not use it bcos I like keeping it stock..
      It's not a rpm meter, it's a handlebar clock, see my first video labelled B1U1

  • @SandeepThakur-xo9yf

    You are just unnecessarily making the bike heavier, vibrations are a part of the engine, u need to use vibration dampers like rubber and other material and stop the vibration from spreading. Second thing if u ride the bike at certain speed u will notice that there r no vibrations which makes the first three mins of the video about using the right oil and the cruising funda real

    • @BulletismUnlimited
      @BulletismUnlimited  7 лет назад +5

      +Sandeep Thakur vibrations are a part, I agree. I tried using rubber to dampen the vibrations, but it was of little help... And getting the right rubber is a challenge, no one wants to give u piece of rubber for retail purpose..
      You know which rubber I mean here ;)

      Sandeep Thakur where to apply those rubbers, please guide

    • @SandeepThakur-xo9yf
      @SandeepThakur-xo9yf 7 лет назад +3

      When the bike manufacturers make the product they try to make the best, however we try to screw it up. Now coming back to rubbers u will need to fabricate the same as they r not a part of the oem market, same can be done by purchasing appropriate type and the trying to get it fixed where ur engine is bolted also if u get more of the head rubbers which are already installed from the service centre it will even help drastically. Hope that helps
