(or u can call it dmg boost) Also its really hard to dodge it unless u have rayleigh god skills, Skill 2 is basically full aoe attack that does really good damage and unbalanced hitbox bru like what is that hitbox my guy, you cant also cancel his skill 2 unless you do a stun, etc. Theres more pros for roger but im too lazy Cons: Gets countered by alot of chars like oni luffy, dressrosa zoro, ex akainu also hes an ex unit so hes pretty hard to get if u dont have alot of gems. He also only appears at his birthday so u gotta wait to summon for him.
