If you can input d/b d/f d/b d d/f+1 with perfect input, Instant Full Crouch 1(iFC1) can be activated in 19 frames at the fastest. Theoretically, d/b d/f d/b d/f+1 could generate the move in 18 frames, but I think it's almost impossible
