Ladies make sure to add a preservative, Vitamin E oil is not a preservative it is a Antioxidant. Yes, it can increase the shelf life time but I would put a preservative in there just to be safe if you are selling. You could put Germall plus as a preservative.💓

No, it will not melt. The mango butter and the shea butter will help keep the scrub solidified.
