We usually use iPhone 14 pro max to shoot product videos. Your phone has a mobile phone case at the beginning. The bulge cannot be level with the mobile phone clamp, so it will touch the motor of the gimbal. Otherwise, the mobile phone and the mobile phone clamp will be flat and appear to be very close to the motor, but in fact they will not collide. The second time you try to remove the phone case, it still doesn't work. It's because your phone is not leveled and is installed at an angle. I bought it and for the quality/price it's very good even though I ordered this version and I know that there are better versions, I simply liked the product and I'm happy with it. Also what does it mean when you said the packaging is not clean as expecting #2? I would never even read a review by you again as its just horrible review and quality of the review confuses me as to why you have over 1k followers. As you said about the product. You review is clear you didn't read the instructions on how to mount the phone. And just because no one has issues, you just decided to create some for views.
I have stated before that it was most likely the unit I was sent that probably didn’t work well. I may or may not go back and review this if I am able to review a similar product in comparison to this one. We all grow and we all learn and uploading videos like this provides me the benefit of hindsight to see what I need to approve on, and there are certainly things I need to improve on, but also I can’t help that some units may not work properly.
