@@h5m2a Masako has been voicing Goku since the beginning If I'm not mistaken, it was Toriyama's choice to made her his voice And another thing, in Japan things work differently, often a boy can be voiced by a woman, and when that character grows up, the voice remains the same, this happens a lot, it has always been like that That happened with Goku, Naruto, Luffy, Armin, etcetera Those characters grew, but they didn't change the voice actress
