Let's say in a different timeline, Itto's dialogues were written with him being a 16 ft tall big burly oni (cuz that's how they are) but then right on the deadline, mihoyo became lazy and reused the old male models and we got this itto. We're in that timeline. The timeline where Itto actually ended up like that ? Let's say da Wei got assassinated by one of those weebs who stormed the base, Elon musk saw this as a big news in media, he got an idea to hit up yi long musk, buy mihoyo, put him in charge there, start improving the games while also making millions

Man for fuck's sake bruh why didn't they go the whole saeba Ryo route with itto ? You know, the pervy goofy ahh guy who also knows when to be serious ? The game is so restrictive with characters characters showing even one hint of romantic interest towards each other. God forbid a segsually active man tries flirting with other young women. Itto calling her yanfei savior every damn time was mad censorship. If this was shounen he'd already be flirting with her by now. Even the game implies he ain't got no problems impressing the ladies with his looks to get what he wants (he got that drum by tempting a female shopkeeper in his own words) so what gives mihoyo ?

I prefer the way Itto was written here. Idk him being pervy is just out of character considering he is childish and I don't see how him flirting with Yanfei would make the story be any better either lol
