Does anyone have a problem with the creaking sound on the frame where the battery sits while riding? When I remove the battery it is perfectly fine.

We have this bike. The lack of suspension makes it a bit of a teeth rattler. Highly recommend adding a suspension seat post. That will make all the difference. I have a dual-suspension e-bike and the ride is a lot better
