⚠️𝗖.𝗥.𝗔.𝗦⚠️ (Club Rouge 𝕬𝖋𝖙𝖊𝖗 𝕾𝖍𝖔𝖜)~Bomix~

Club Rouge... "After Show"...?
Yup. Club Rouge After Show, a.k.a Club Rouge B-Side or C.R.A.S, was something that came about organically as an additional Jazz:Rouge entry. For my official Club Rouge remix, I was already envisioning Club Rouge as a cabaret/burlesque club, and an alternative version of Club Rouge that's more stripped-down, slow-burning and heavenly somniferous started forming itself in my head. Like two sides of a Jazz:Rouge coin, Side A - Club Rouge is very much sunny, jubilant and bright, while Side B - C.R.A.S draws the curtains, lights the candles and represents midnight.
As the theme for an "After Show", this version admittedly starts off a little steamy...
Though, as suggestive as it starts out, I didn't want to make anything too explicit. I wanted to keep things classy.
Musically, there is a very clear influence, and that's the awesome UK triphop group Moloko. Initially I wanted to go for something more conventionally jazzy, but after a bit of experimentation, I decided to try my hand at some Moloko-esque triphop, which has a trademark of being dark, atmospheric, visceral and awesome. If I were to pick a standout musical genre for the lofi Cyberpunk aesthetic, it would be this. Towards the end of the track, it starts morphing towards a more Gospel/RnB feel. I feel these styles blend together really well. It's a different spin of a similar flavour, you know?
I hope this track will put you in a sensual mood, then fly you up into the cyber-clouds before slowly caressing your ears and sending you into a sweet, gentle slumber...
...That's how this track makes me feel!
I hope you enjoyed this little departure. Honestly, I'm very pleased with this track. Before making it, I didn't think I'd be able to pull off vibes like this, despite it being one of my absolute favourites, but now I may have to do more...
