  • This week wasn't great... however, today I don't feel so bad, so I uploaded a video.
Mental Health is a fragile thing. Treat yourself kindly. Talk to someone. If you need help speak to Mind (www.mind.org.uk), they really are good.

Thanks October, well, the only way to cross stigma is to face it head on. Me too... I really hope that it helps. I'm willing to engage in anything that will help me to feel better xx

Its ok... one of those things. I know things will turn around eventually and I won't feel like this forever.

You are right you never get rid of it .
Well you do get rid of it but once you've had it you recognise it very quickly when it raises its ugly head again.
You learn to control it. Look on it as an old friend. When it pops up think ohhh you weren't much of a friend perhaps you should bugger off again.
Looking at it that way it doesn't panic you as much.
We all get depressed its trying not to let the anxiety back with it.
Thats what perpetuates it. Then its a roundabout we have to jump off again.
Talking to others is a good thing. But if its someone thats making you feel worse find one that you both lift each other.
I had councillors and they were going from a book really .
Doing their best but i knew they didn't understand.
My ex and I met up with her aunt one day and she suffered it.
Talked about how she felt, and I felt.
At last someone that we both knew what we were talking about .
That was the day i started getting better.
Watch your weight don't worry about it.
Deal with it when you have the ability to deal with it without giving yourself more pressure.
