LEDS beind the glass is a great idea. I'm slightly worried that you'll introduce the LEDs to the signal path of the guitar and it'll buzz. But if it does the answer is simple, do exactly what you did but with a stereo jack socket - signal one side, LEDS the other.
Genius! Thanks bud 👍
I was going to suggest a stereo jack as well. Active basses use them the same way. When the jack isn’t in, the preamp isn’t powered. When it’s plugged in, the connection between the battery and preamp is made, and the preamp is powered.
@@averyweissman4093 I love clever people!
I can watch stuff like this all day... awesome learning experience thank you! Genius level techniques. I learn from this kinda thing and find it very interesting. Great video. Well done. 👏 👏👏👏👏👏 I didn't expect RUclips to teach me so much hmmm... pleasantly surprised and impressed. 😊
There’s a Big back catalog here, have at it! 👍🙌😂
That was pretty finicky! Well done, mate! If the LEDs do introduce noise, I would use a volume pot with a switch. That keeps it completely separate.
We’ll see what happens, I’ve only heard of issues if the wires touch so I’ll be sure to wrap them 👍
@@KingBespokeCreations the easiest solution that gets the job done, right?
