This is a true story about the tragic death of Prince Dara Shikoh, the heir apparent of Emperor Shah Jahan (famous for building the Taj Mahal) at the hands of his brother and rival and eventual successor to the throne. Wrtten by Niccolao Manucci who was present at the court during this time in the 17th century.
This is the prologue of a longer audiobook forthcoming entitled, IN THE REIGN OF SHAH JAHAN: Dara Shikoh and the Mystic Five.
