Mr. Will, thank you for your latest showing on Air Residence. Lagi kaming na nono-od sa show mo. We are waiting for our condo to be released next month. Sabi nang SMDC the turn over is targeted for October, the actual turn over date was June 2021. Anyway we like this Industrial Inspired design and the price, we would appreciate it if you could gave us some advise.

Hi Will, I heard YCO? I hope that is what his name, he said they did all the work for 3 weeks? Is that including the paper works. He said that when they apply for permit, it is not a minor or big renovation that required bond. But I am confused because I was told that any works that l lasted more than 3 days is consider minor renovation. I owned a unit in AIR RESIDENCE and this is what I was told. Anyway thanks for all this videos. Really love all the designs.

Ok sya kaso yuong bricks halata na fake sa look at sa pagka takid. Dapat yuong main walls lang ng meron at sana, medyo lubak lubak ng bricks. Isa pa, dapat d mirrors ng ginamit sa backsplash. Jesus! Ng hirap linisin yan!
