I highly recommend using SHIFT+T while a light is selected (you can easily point your light towards a product) and then setting 3D cursor on your product + transform pivot point set on cursor. That way you can rotate light around object easily using R (or R + R).
Wow...this is...incredible. Thank you for sharing the file and showing us the potential of this lighting technique. Watched your other beginner videos as well - love how clear and concise they are.
Great tutorial. Also wanted to mention that you can set the background to transparent so you have more control over the background and be able to experiment with it. Of course if you are only going for white bg then it's kinda useless, but wanted to share some tip that somebody might find useful.
As an uninformed person in matters of lighting, I found that they all looked better without the white background. I dunno, I guess I prefer more moody ambiences ^ ^
In this new version of Blender 4.2, have you tried to make a more realistic render of an advertising object? Sometimes I see videos with almost realistic renders, but I end up seeing that the render looks a bit artificial after a final analysis. Is it possible to have more reality in the render with Blender, in your opinion?

As somebody who grew up with an interest in photography before getting involved with 3D about 15 years ago, lighting is still my favorite part.
"Our favorite part". interesting!!

Thank you dude
@@seven-7922The best video, just a question, is there any distance between the object and the light? Please more videos ❤❤❤❤❤

My Background does not seem to bee pure white. What am I doing wrong? If i boost the emission than the hole light setup gets destroyed
