After the yokai was defeated and turn into a neko, the ghost was forced to return the boy's balls. But the boy's testicles has been turned into gold ball and the yokai lost them during the battle. They keep referring the boy's ball as Gintama (Maybe the kanji is 金玉). And somehow the gintama enables anyone whoever find it to have ESP power or seeing ghots. everytime the testicles are shown, it appears like a golden ball. Hemm... if the prounounciation is the same... gintama and gintama, how do you diffrentiate, silver ball and golden ball?
