    I'm ordering a walking pad and am excited to use it. Being in menopause and working from home full time has definitely impacted my weight and mobility 🤦🏾‍♀️. Thanks for sharing ✌🏾 👌🏾

      Sitting and working from home can make you very stiff and sedentary if you aren’t moving intentionally. Hopefully your walking pad is helping.

    Thank you so much for talking about this! God bless you! I am going through perimenopause...my knees are so stiff! I am eating anti-inflammatory foods and stretching to help me...thank you! And using collagen power also.
