honestly the first ten or twelve episodes hold a super special place in my heart. I’ll always associate them with one of the best “little” memories i have. walking around a town i’d never been in at night, by myself, laughing my ass off at a podcast only i could hear. super small, but has always stuck with me when i think of “happiest memories i’ve had”.
I remeber working a shitty job in the summer
Just washing plates for this restaurant and i would listen to the first episodes of the podcast and laugh in my little kitchen corner
I remember being depressed living on my own in a barren shitty townhouse apartment unit with no internet and heating with nothing but the first 10-15 OP episodes. Ahhhh… good times.
The early podcasts were definitely the best, I have so many memories driving across the country and hiking mountains listening to what the guests favorite Minecraft block was
Ahh yes. It's fall 2018 and after listening to some recent episodes, I decide to listen to the whole thing from the start. Finally get all caught up in like the beginning of 2020 and felt excited to do this with JAR Posdact.
But then realized how long it's finna be with those blokes as they probs have like 500 episodes that start in 2016.

I couldn't listen to half the conversations they clipped because of the snarky "This is awesome Jackson" remarks.
Jackson is out here sticking his back out on Reddit to protect Kaya every single time he says something retarded or starts the 459538th pedophile rant, but the moment Jackson speaks up for once, everyone shoots him down.
I know the show celebrates itself as lazy and easy but the least they could do is try and play along when someone has an idea to make the show better. This just feels like watching the stoners in class group up for a Powerpoint Prez and only one of them who actually did their research and didnt hit a bong before the presentation actually cares about it.

Ngl I’d love to listen to a podcast with just Jackson, he seems to actually want to run a podcast and usually brings interesting topics to listen to. The others barely contributed if at all and don’t seem at all interested in continuing this.
It's a shame. PKA has been going for like 10 years and it's gotten better. The past 20 episodes of OP have been kinda lackluster.

15 minutes in and I can't bear to hear you shitting on Jackson anymore, it's legit making me uncomfortable. I don't think he was too bothered by it, but my problem is that it wasn't even a bad idea and you guys didn't even put effort into trying to make it work, you were just shitting on it. Also, we have the incredible irony of criticizing the guy by saying that listening to the same thing twice is repetitive while also being repetitive and saying that it's a bad idea 50 times in slightly different ways. You're too close-minded, for fucks sake!!! Be a little more playful, be a little more joyful, enjoy whatever presents to yourself instead of continuously ruining every moment because of preconceptions you have. Every idea presented will be bad if you don't try to make them work. I'll try listening to the rest of the episode later, as I imagine it gets better, but the first 15 minutes are annoying to say the least.
Yeah I had to turn it off pretty early on too. Hearing them shit on Jackson when he doesn't deserve it is just getting so old like change it up a lil bit shit on Andrew for once that dude sucks so much. On a bright note Kaya has become a lot more likeable imo.

I think as a montage it would do well, but as a podcast episode… no. There’s a lot of topics where you do need that extra context to understand the clip, and that would honestly be too long and boring to listen to.

As someone who hasn't watched the podcast but supported for months, I wouldn't have minded full 6min clips especially of Sark.
Jackson is the only one really contributing, ngl the rest doesnt seem very motivated to make a cool podcast
As a fan of the pod you're not 100% wrong. A lot of these guys could benefit from an attitude adjustment sometimes. Forming an opinion and shitting on topics you don't care about to a large audience comes across as juvenile.
Still a great pod with fun hosts, just some criticism from a normie.

Clips sound very boring and annoying for an episode. But, if I had to choose the best moment it would be episode 2 where Kaya and Charlie talk about the time where they were in a skype call with Leafy and Collosal and the two of them try to get charlie and kaya to cancel Keemstar.

everytime everyone starts to shit on jackson it's so unconfortable to listen, and even when you don't it's hard to not be on alert every time jackson speaks because every word he says is a gamble for him being ridiculized. I enjoy the podcast but it's getting harder to keep ignoring this.
