Managing a team for at least 10 years or managing multiple teams to glory throughout the good and bad is important. That's why longevity is also very important. Yes 3 UCL in a row is impressive tho.
But I also think that Zidane got kinda handed a great team to him. Ancelotti kinda made that team already great.
