Deep and emotional Persian music with Middle Eastern influences. Featuring Oud, Viola and Ney instruments played in beautiful harmonic minor chords, complimented by haunting Persian male singing throughout. This piece is slightly chilling, yet very spiritual and healing to listen to. Perfect for meditation!

I’m a Nigerian and I’m a Catholic but I don’t know why I feel love these songs so much, I keep searching for them, I know Karbanos, the melody are out of this world, if you are reading this, you are blessed with abundant peace and joy in all areas of your life
Thank you, my heart out to you.
Be blessed, too. 😊 Greetings from Germany
Hi! I love your remarks. I am Catholic too in USA. This ancient music stirs my soul as well. Perhaps it was the inspirational foundation for the early Western music that began as Gregorian chant. I am not a historian so have no idea. Best regards.
the real traditional persian music is made to expand the poetry which that music is made for. for persian music a poem is essential. to the persian, love is the most important part of the life, a good poem is the poem which can elaborate and picture the meaning of love better. now, your religion, nationality, race, ext is relevant, just melt into the love and divine.
Interesting point about Joy
Im 70. Grew up on rock & blues. I found myself inching toward African, then Indian, then as i added assorted Middle Eastern. Over the years i would lay down, close my eyes and see dancing... choreography. Then i'd get up and dance! Spin with scarves. My world was everywhere. Im stiff and sore now - but sometimes im free and i soar around! Touch the earth and the sky! Oh, im so happy i hear this music!
My post is directed to a true authority in Persian Music. I realize that all of Persian Music cannot be lumped into one homogenous group and labeled "Persian" any more than anyone could group and label "American" Music. There are many distinct genres in each. That being said, is this music truly "Persian with Middle Eastern influences" as was suggested in the description above? Similar to Ms. Allen, I REALLY enjoy this music...whatever it is. I also believe I would enjoy it even more if I knew more about the music and it's origins. I was listening to a sample of another genre, Indian, I believe. Although I was enjoying the music similar to this sample, a commentor, in that arena, came out directly and called the sample "Non Indian". Not being an expert in either genre I simply don't know. I DO KNOW THAT I ENJOY THE MUSIC! I simply cannot accurately identify it's origins. I don't enjoy it any less. It still serves to hold my attention to unique music in my efforts to relax my mind to assist me to fall and remain in a deep(er) sleep. I grew up relying on Rain and flowing water, Birds & Forest sounds, Gregorian Chants, then branching out to Egyptian, Sumarian, Indian, Persian, Arabian, Turkish, etc. Unique instruments add a soothing touch and vocals add complexity as long as the language is unfamiliar to me. I continue to identify "hidden gems" which serve to knock me out and keep me down without medical assistance. I simply would like to know what I'm listening to.
When you truly love music, eventually you gravitate towards many different types. Its been my personal experience. I can also very much relate to drifting off into choreography. 😊
@@georgehouse5086 Well, it's not _inauthentic._ I wouldn't say you listen to it and immediately think "ah, definitely a Persian piece, definitely not from any Arab nation!" - but the choice of instruments is authentic, and much classical Persian music indeed has the same general "vibe": same sort of "dark" / "somber" overall feel, same sort of vocals (tahrir), same sort of melodic contour of phrase that's punctuated by emphatic ornament/sudden energetic cadence, etc.
In general, most Middle Eastern and Central Asian classical musics owe a huge - some might say "overwhelming"! - amount to the Iranian musical tradition, so this being "mixed" with "[general] Middle Eastern influences" doesn't actually even make it less "Persian", if you know what I mean.
So: my judgment is *"yes,* it is what it claims to be"... _(...but:_ I don't know a lot about music _qua_ music, only music _qua_ Persian history, so please forgive me if I missed some total-giveaway characteristically-Persian / -not-Persian bit of "contrapuntal polyphony" - or _whatever_ musical jargon it ought to be, heh - that my barbarian ears were too simple to catch.)
For fun: search for "Tasnife Sepideh" for one of my personal favorite classically Persian pieces. (It's quite different from this, but that isn't to be taken to mean this is "inauthentic"; I picked it to suggest partly *because* it helps show the wide range of musical forms developed - back in the glory days of the Shahanshah! o7)
@Kveldred. Thanks. I am now 10X more educated with respect to Middle Eastern and more specifically Ancient Persian Music. It just seems to check all the boxes as far as my requirements for unique, soothing, ambient music which will serve to relax me and help me achieve deep sleep in minutes. I am amazed at my results. I'm now experimenting with afternoon naps. It's much different when you can count on achieving sleep in 5 minutes.
Victoria, it's a good thing you allow your heart and soul to soar on all music, foreign or otherwise to you; for what is the true joy of the soul if it's devoid of variety, what is the quality of life staged mainly in monotony...? The true richness of a soul lies in its access to diversity in musical genre and vibrance in cultures. We are creatures of colour and if we can't explore its many beautiful facets, appreciate it and embrace its wealth, then what is life, living and being? Please let your soul be free to explore, appreciate and be enriched with God's creation, of which music in diversity, is one of the greatest of them all.
Im glad that we can all enjoy music 🎉 no matter where we came from and what we believe ❤

Something about Persian music that really stirs my soul ❤️
I love Middle Eastern music.
Music is from all of us in the world. It speaks to your heart or not I touches your soul or not, but religion doesn't matter.

I am filipino catholic , BUT I FEEL MY PAST LIFE IS FROM THE MIDDLE EASTERN IF I HERE THIS KIND OF MUSIC IT FEELS LIKE I AM HOME 🏠❤❤❤❤❤
do a test with CRI Genetics. and find out exactly! ( I have no asociation just know that they give the most detailed report)
My dear. Catholics do not believe in “ past lives” that is pagan. You may have a deep emotional connection to music of particular tones - maybe ancient in nature.
You cannot be a Catholic and believe or identify with conflicting concepts. God retains our spirit as it was given to us by Him alone.
I’m Christian and I love this music. I dated a Persian boy when I was 16. He was absolutely wonderful. So respectful. My parents loved him. He joined the Merchant Navy so left. But we have kept in touch. 😊

I’m a Christian, and I’m actually enjoying it. It has depth , a haunting effect and a subtle sense of being in the middle of desert. Thank you.
What does Christian religion have to do with this music?
@@Spicemilktea7 I was just saying how much I enjoyed it . I appreciate other people’s cultures and honor it .
You may want to do some research on the origins of Christianity because your Jesus was from the Middle East
Nuh/Noah, Ibrahim/Abraham, Musa/Moses, Zaratustra, Muhammad, Jesus prophet Isa son of Mary, and many more lived in Middle East.
It's not about Who is better, but about what they talked about. The same message, the same Heaven, the same Hell.
They all knew something, you think that if we revive them back they Will be fighting eachother like us??? I don't think so... They will still preaching their truth, and that's all because they are servant of the Highest Universal Force.
"Divide et impera'" is a human addiction, but the prophets are different than us. So with respect and LOVE. All religions drunk the Water of the Ancestors from the Middle East, because there is were the first politeistic civilizations turned to monoteísm like the akkadian's tried with Marduk. At the end we look at eachother but nobody looks back. And there is where the truth IS, it's all One history, One message, One Creation, One understanding.
We are alive, by the Grace we are saved. We are all humans, we aren't perfect, but our diferencies comes from human behavior not God's behavior.
So love and respect IS all that we can have in common, and is what their Gods asking for. So be It.
Peace to all Mankind, sons of the Father, heirs of Heavens. 🙏🏼👥🗣️🌌🌍

Hi! Midwest of the US, Omnist, and I love this!!!
Great meditation music
Persian music is lovely.
Absolutely captivating for a million lifetimes before I knew my soul, yet this voice awakens me from the sands of time, unto timelessness of a thousand more to come, that vocal resonance will echoe n my cell memory, until I embrace that eternal Being-ness.
im super high too👌
Music is so universal 😊🎶✌🏻❤️
Beautiful,haunting music.Magical.
Very meditative. Authentic.
God who created us gave us the capacity to create music, the universal language.
God is math, math is the universal language, music is math, all is math, all is one, all is zero, all is god is math. All thing are math
@@PyPi2010 I see what you are trying to explain and you are partially right but to say that God Himself is Math , I cannot agree with that. You are right to say that through Math everything we try to explain can be explained but to say that God IS MATH? It is through Math that we can decipher but God is a BEING who CREATED . Math is the formula of His Creation. The BEING has a MIND , Math does not.
@ God Himself is NOT Math. God is a Being . Math is the method he used to create. It is His « language « as you said . His abstract language. The language to us human beings where He reveals Himself, is through His Word incarnated into the world , His own Creation , through a human mother.
Makes me think of the rising sun, heat, and sands of the Afghan Desert.
Beautiful background no matter where it come from ❤️ I do not understand a word, but play it in the background while I read, do sudoku and other things • for me as a Christian its a calming sound for me 🙏🏼☺️
This is not Islamic music. It's music from the Middle East where both Christianity and Islam began. Middle Eastern people are Christians and Muslims.

Perfect music to pray and meditate to our God Jehovah
Such a longing feeling... totaly in love.
It captures a bit of the mystery of God and that yearning we have to know him. It feels like a tiled courtyard in the shade with the heat of the day outside.
And Goddesses
I heard this playing at my friends house, and had to find out what it was, it's really good music to chilly too. I play it all the time now, it so relaxes the mind.
I'm glad you like it, thanks for listening! 👊🙏
It’s a loop like so many of these. Great for a short time until the novelty wears off
But, GREAT for my needs. As long as the loop is longer than say 30 minutes long, as long as I can have it auto-repeating, I'll be asleep. Even if something wakes me, I'm unlikely to have any knowledge of my place in the loop. And, I'll be back under in another 5 mins.
thanxx for these wonderful touchable music from Germany

Arrakis was inspired by Iraq, not Persia. The author of Dune confirmed this himself.

The way you recreated the chords and vocal fits, so close to what I imagine the spirit of that time, is truly moving, almost like a trip back in time. There's something about this melody that sounds incredibly familiar to me, as if it carries echoes of who we are, even across centuries and cultures. If we consider that human cultures evolve in networks of influence, the similarities between Persians and Portuguese are not only possible, but inevitable, and perhaps that is what makes this music so special. Thank you for giving voice to this timeless connection and for transporting us to a past that, in some way, continues to live within us.
Cheers from Portugal.
First of all Alhamdulilah, Allah has the perfect plan for everyone. May Allah walk with you in your journey young king
