$80 now, just got one. Gonna get them all eventually. Got the Brickwall and TC8210-DT (for $30). These things are a steal now. Worth the price just for the software alone
Best review I've seen so far on it. Thanks! It sounds awesome! Saw those going on sale 20% for Black Friday (2022) and was an instant buy, with all other modules but the blue ones (Midas). Also got the convenient Docking Station so I will only need 1 USB cable to my computer (vs. 6).
Great video & Demo…I bolted mine down to a plate & bracket, adjustable to any angle via the threaded securing hole at the back to stop it from sliding (something you can do in a make-shift bedroom studio without ruining the furniture LOL) Only had it for a short time but really like it! Enjoy the hands-on feel of the hardware.. Great reverb.
Great video. Thank you. I have one of these, and finally set out to learn it, and your video was the 1st one I looked at. You covered it all perfectly. Also, I found that using velcro strips have helped me a lot in my own studio with various gear. 10ft rolls are cheap, and you can cut them with scissors.
The only comment I have (hopefully it is constructive...) is that I would've prefered if you had used your left hand, or put the cam on the left side. In many occasions, I would've liked to see all your fingers, or the LED's, and they were masked by the hand. Thanks again!
Ive literally just got the delay and reverb.. havent installed yet.. im assuming you have to download the plugin from TC? Since no install disks in the box.
I didn't, no. I actually ended up selling this guy shortly after making this video to raise funds for a trip. It's still a great unit though, I hope to get one again someday!
I appreciate your effort, really. But as nice as the plugins are, I can't stand the controller. They work fine, for sure, that's not my point. The thing is, if I open my DAW I have an endless amount of plugins at hand and even my favourites are maybe 50 or so. Now imagine you have a controller for each and everyone on your desk. No, thanks. A generic controller? Count me in! But please no dedicated.
I agree, but for some things such as reverb or delay, I think it works out. I agree if you are using multiple plug in's already then no this is kinda annoying having on your desk

Yes, absolutely. The hardware will switch to whichever instance is open and 'focused' on your screen.
Great videos but, please change mic or get better mic. Sound is too dry. I know it's studio but still voice is not toopleasant because of mic used.
