How can someone suggest that it would be some kind of economic catastrophe for real estate to return to 2020 levels. That was literally 2 years ago lol 🙄 It's probably a good thing if families with average jobs have a chance at owning homes, real estate wealth isn't concentrated in an elite property owning class, and investment money is funneled towards things that increase REAL economic productivity, not just houses
