"a devastating loss in equity" who pays for this equity? The children of these home owners! Your kids are paying for this!!! It's not real value. No one wins when real estate goes up, except the rich investors. It's not a stock, it's a shelter!!!

Would be good to hear your views on the level of canadian banks exposure to external shocks, like the Chinese property meltdown for example.

In a future video, can you give a small summary of what's going with single-dwelling homes in the city of Laval?

1.7 trillion was added by low interest rates and speculation. Call it equilibrium

How can someone suggest that it would be some kind of economic catastrophe for real estate to return to 2020 levels. That was literally 2 years ago lol 🙄
It's probably a good thing if families with average jobs have a chance at owning homes, real estate wealth isn't concentrated in an elite property owning class, and investment money is funneled towards things that increase REAL economic productivity, not just houses

But how does this play into agenda 2030 though?

Btw this was a good video, if you had graphs and actually showed yourself speaking you'd have yourself a little side gig.
