I was just playing then randomly the round ended right in the middle of the first round. That is not all soon we were waiting like 5 minutes for the first people to come up next round as well as there being 2 judges.
Is this normal or is it a bug or glitch
This season is getting worse by the second THE SOLUTION IS SO SIMPLE keep everything the same in normal BR and nerf everything in ranked
As well as adding counters
At this rate have different lootpools and content for ranked and pubs. That way both sides can be happy

I only hated the cars because there was no way to fight them effectively aside from boombolts which bearly spawn.
I think the nerf to the guns on the cars is necessary but removing the auto heal on the super cars and needing the other stuff wasn’t necessary.

now they are just like every other car so it isn't even worth it to get them
They should not have nerfed the boss cars because now there’s no reason to get them besides the infinite fuel

I think the biggest thing is the teaming in the end game as you can just jump in someones vehicle and team with them which i think ruins the game.
i thought boogies would be a great counter to obnoxious car people popping out of nowhere running you over or while youre already fighting another car, shooting you at the same time, but it only took a handful of games of getting boogied out the car& headshotted by shotguns, physically unable to fight back did i realize how hard of a double edged sword they are.
the amount of times i got boogied to get sent back to lobby in under 2 seconds is extremely infuriating, especially if its a game youre popping off in it just ruins your mood.
and they unvaulted boogies which is going to ruin the meta and make the season mid
It’s not ruining the meta I was in solos and two people are teaming and I only won because I had a boogie boom just don’t be greedy when you’re in the car and you won’t get boogied
@@philippeparvais284 I played a game with my duo and in the end game there were no cars and everyone was using boogies, idk about solos but in higher skilled lobbys with the car nerfs and boogies, cars are useless. they should have just nerfed them boogies were to much.
For me, they could’ve just added one of those items, but leave the vehicles the same.

The emp grenades and anvil would’ve been enough for counter play
The only big nerf was the 18% car nerf only in solos but it also is kinda annoying that the boss cars got nerf cause now there’s not rlly any more motivation to get one

Ik I’ll get attacked for this, but couldn’t they have just done the nerfing/counter items for competitive/solo? It’s clear this season is catered to friends/duo-squad matches with me hearing others playing with their friends or teammates and having fun.
The solo matches in my opinion, just doesn’t have the same feeling compared to when you’re playing with someone else, hence why I even pointed out of what they could’ve done.
But tbh, I don’t really mind if an item or mechanic is nerfed or op, I just play for a couple hours (or until I get all the main quests done) before playing a different game.
This season is okay in my opinion. The cars shouldn't be nerfed as they are the main point of the season. Just like the list you said in your video, those weapon/items should be added to counter the insane cars.

tbh boogy bomb is a bad item, with all the spam weapon we have you can't do nth against a player using boogy bomb (+ if you were in a car you can't even build if playing in build mode)

A cool counter would be if they added the first new trap in years that is those spikes that police use to pop car tires it could pop and tire on a car that hits it and it could deal like 25 damage for however long a enemy stands on it

That's the point it's not that the cars needed a nerf, necessarily, but they needed counters to them. The only counter to a car is another car, the explosive crossbow is not enough to counter the cars and it's the only thing they gave us to fight a car without a car.
The saddest thing is the nitro shoulder bash nerf for me. Mainly because in your toy box ffa I just ran after my friends with nitro and slap and pepper buffs and destroyed them.
Dude the nitro shoulder bash was hella fun, practically becoming the Kool aid Man, but now the damage on it isn't even worth using as a means for damage

@@HZWY_RecordsThe thing is though in ranked everyone just has better aim compared to the people in pubs. So everything is harder to counter, for example you can't just nitro fist away if a car is coming at you cuz they'll just beam you out of the air
If the main issue was cars being uncountered in the final circles, just make them explode automatically (no damage to players) but all cars just disappear when we’re at the last few circles

Lmao, ninja was also complaining and he ain't a sweat, the season is honestly just bad in general, and the numbers don't lie. The first day of the new season only got 2 mil players, and last season got 5 mil, and it's funny cuz last season the pros thought that season was good. And it got more players.
Well this season isn't a top 5 season now.
It's cus pro gamers cried about not being able to drive properly or use gauntlets to flip over cars incoming so Epic had to pick a side:
Streamers with revenue or Casual players for fun.
of course they'd pick the pro player base because that's where they brainwash little kids who are emulating these streamers. now the regular community cant enjoy the original design of the season and there is no incentive to fight for boss cars if they just break like any other.
Naw the pros were able to adapt, also keep in mind they play against higher skilled players, so counters to nitro fists or cars that may work in pubs probably won't work in ranked, I think most casuals don't understand that, and also saying a season is ruined because an item received a slight nerf is honestly childish and sad, thr fact that you are reliant on a certain item just to get wins and kils is just insane to me.
@@hi_man9234 cars were disabled in competitive for their comfort prior to the update. There was a split between the competitors who solely relied on traditional box fighting and those who wielded the cars as intended. Many of the competitors were highly followed streamers that had viewers idolizing and monitized partners by fortnite. They pandered to their comfort as opposed to the ones who fought with all the tools at disposal. They cut off the incentive for the bosses by pandering to monetized streamers and competitor's comfort. Now the season's original race for heavy gear is downed by the many clips of the streamers who couldn't drive well and switch between gloves then raging when they got nearly ran over but they didnt realize uppercutting flips cars over.
I gotta agree with removing car Regen it was so oppressive. Like I'm pro car but someone outside of a car should still be able to destroy your murder box with standard weapons and not have you run off and return with no damage
Honestly the true reason this season "sucks" is because everyone been complaining about theses dam cars it only been a dam week and it all i see for fortnite "oh the cars need to be nerf they are to powerful" to "stop crying sweat and adapt" it doesn't matter not every sweat hates the cars like how not every casual likes the cars both sides have sweats and casuals it not fully one side of the community
As a casual builds player some of these nerfs are kind of overkill but as long as I dont get my builds instantly broken from somebody running through them im fine.

Cars were going to get nerfed it was inevitable as the turret was unfair on the guns but i still think some nerfs were unessacary but still ot was going to happen
I love the cars but the boss car nerf definitely needed it, I usually carry a repair torch anyways, but I'm glad the boogie bombs are going away cause it kinda defeats the purpose of the season

Should have made the changes in Build Mode, since the most complaints seem to come from there, and leave Zero Builds intact.
EMP is the best option. Maybe the last storm just auto EMPs so the final moments just is on foot.
In my opinion there should be a no cars mode or like the boxes except for the repair boxes are removed in this mode

look these balance changes needed to happen or this season would be too chaotic. the dominant strategy for this season is literally having a car. if you have a car and nobody else does you win. basically imo these nerfs needed to happen sadly. they're not that severe tho so it'll be fine.
Why not make a duos 50 fashion show? Basically you chose a judge then you give the theme make you combo and then you partner up like the duo tilted zone wars map
Hopefully next season they remove the current vehicle mods and replace them with new and exciting ones

This doesn't feel like fortnite to me because they have practically removed the things that made the game building and the fun guns and items they had but that was the point of the season I guess, all they had to do was at the emp and boogie bomb like they just did and I would have been happy, no need to nerf them but at least give players without a car a chance because the fists or boom bolt don't do anything to cars and neither do guns

I think its the most fun I've had in forever in the game. And they go ruin it. Boogie bomb does kick people out ur car and its awesome. U can do it when they come in ur car and get u both bopped out then u can shotgun them lolz. Its so fun
