According to these simulations, it looks to be a England and France final, however when we look at the group stages and knockout games, things get a little bit interesting as there is 6 possible options for both teams to get to the final out of the possible 9 options. Below is a list of when both teams will face each other depending where they finish in their respective groups, and win all knock-out games:
England 1st - France 1st: Semi-Final
England 1st - France 2nd: Final
England 1st - France 3rd: RO16 / Semi-Final / Final
England 2nd - France 1st: Final
England 2nd - France 2nd: Semi-Final
England 2nd - France 3rd: Quater-Final / Final
England 3rd - France 1st: Quarter-Final / Final
England 3rd - France 2nd: Quarter-Final / Final
England 3rd - France 3rd: Semi-Final
In short, both teams will face-off each other before the final if they both top their groups.
Belgium being in 14 finals and finishing second every time? Sounds a lot like the Netherlands in the real world TBH.

I love how England in FM overachieves every single time, when IRL they have basically 0 chance of winning any tournament, mainly the WC and in FM they win every 9 out of 10 times.

I think England has a team capable of winning World Cups and Euros. It's mainly down to the details (some call it penalties, which are proven by EURO 2021 final and Kane's pen in the quarters of the last WC).
In my personal prediction, England is very likely to finish top 4 (as in the video). After getting to the quarters/semis, it will be a case of the form on the day and all the details you can think of.

Funny because I’ve done several saves where I’m permanently unemployed and just sim to see what happens. In those saves, England constantly makes semis and finals but always loses 😂 this includes a Euro final loss to Scotland, a World Cup final loss to Germany, among other things.
Nice exercise.
It helped to establish that, once again, this illusion that England is a respectable or feared team on the international stage is a marketing creation of the games industry. Good luck to the England team; we know that with great luck, they will be eliminated in the quarter-finals, as always.
Being Brazilian, I can guarantee that none of our fans will consider England an opponent for any World Cup, just like the French, Germans, Italians, Argentines etc.

On Windows, it goes to Documents ---> Sports Interactive ---> Football Manager 2024 ---> Editor Data.
Not too much of a difference compared to - say - logo packs.
Only works for the full version on PC.
Not sure about the Mac OS.

Does this affect the Euros after 2024? Like if I keep going, will Euro 2028 have these same teams or will it be simulated as normal? Don’t want to get to 2028 and find out I have to start a new save.
Never gone further than the 2024 final in the sims.
To make sure, I'd say just load in a very small database (literally the smallest possible, like just the Premier League), set yourself as unemployed and simulate to 2028 Euros (around late June).

the mod dont workk for me what do you do please help...When i press to manage romania it doesent get me to real euro 2024 groups and i ticked the data base before starting career
Simulate to when the draw happens in the game, sometime Mid-April, you should see the real groups. Doesn’t matter what happened during qualifying in your save.

hey bro after you download data base and put it in fm 24 and tick it wwhat do you do after because it does not sim up to euro 2024
Start a new save, essentially. I think you're stuck in the point where you tick it, and it says "you chose a custom database".
You need to progress into "Choose Game mode", choose one (preferably original) and move into setting up a game database (aka which leagues you want to load in). Only then you get a chance to pick a team.
