so I am moving to ottawa in a couple of months and I am looking for either an apartment to buy or a house to rent. i am looking for a modern house or apartment. I would like to live in an area surrounded by trees or a forest and ideally with neighbors at least 40-50 meters away. any suggestions?

Hey Billion Dime. You can ride your cycle mid-April through mid-November but there will be dats here and there that you will not want to depending on temperature and rain. But mostly you will be ok in between those times. I would lean more towards May through October.
Summers can get to +30 with humidity. So essentially even though it shows +27 in the weather app add on humidity and it can feel more than that. Winters can drop below -20 but it varies throughout the seasons also depending on wind chill which can make it feel colder. Those are the extremes - best to google monthly averages for weather. Cheers.
