Thank you for your comment! I'll go take video of this home and will send it to you directly, if you want to send me your email address. I don't usually take video of them, if they have a basement because they're usually a mess, the door is locked or they have people working in them. Moving forward, I'm trying to add them into the videos whenever I can. I appreciate your feedback!
@@coloradohomes I'm in Arizona now. I'm considering relocating next year. Right now, I'm looking at builders and different areas to get ideas of what would suit me best. I'm retired so I can move to any area.
@@SPSteve Oh, ok. There are definitely some differences in not only build quality, but also the types of material that the builders install as a standard feature versus an upgrade. For instance a 2" quartz countertop being standard versus 1", 2 1/4" baseboards versus 4", etc. If you'd like for me to get you any information on the builders, the areas, etc., just let me know! I'm happy to help.
That is a very beautiful home!! Thanks for the tour!!
Thank you for watching! I'm glad that you liked the tour!
@@coloradohomes Very welcome!! I look forward to another one. Cheers from Florida!!
Very nice. I would like to see the basement, even if it is unfinished.
