Us moto junkies are lucky to have a youtube channel like Rocky Mountain to show all these products. Can’t wait for my raceframe sb to come in
I think I need that soft back that's sick !
I don't even need this protection for my biking but I find it interesting!
Wich one is the best for MTB crashes, impacts and injury Protection?
Personally, I like the SB CE option. CE rated front and rear and the soft back is very comfortable and low profile. - Chase
Rocky Mountain ATV MC Thanks for your answer!
We don t have this vidéos for multiples articles in France 😔. So, it s difficult for traduct. But when we like we can a little 😅.
Can I wear a hydration backpack AND my GoPro chest mount and wear this at the same time?
Which chest protector are you look at? Some will be better with a hydration pack than others. But yes, all of these will work with a hydration pack. I really couldn't tell you if your chest mount would work with it. I'd imagine it would but I don't want to mislead you. - Chase
hey. is it possible to wear the raceframe on the skin directly? i'd like to use it for MTB Downhill and i really dont want to wear 3 layers of clothing.
You listed your height/weight for "frame of reference" but didn't mention what size you're wearing.
Sorry! I was wearing a size M
Hello, whats the difference between a size S/M and L/XL for the raceframe impact CE, SB. just receveid a L and its a bit too large for me but the lenght is perfect! Thank you !
The only difference between the two is the L/Xl has extra foam around the outside of the hard plastic shield. A S/M will be almost the exact same for the height. - Chase
Great vid 👍🏼
Which one has the lowest profile between the impact and the impact SB ? Many thanks
The impact SB will be the lowest in the back but they are both the same in the front. - Chase
Fox Titan Sport Protection Jacket pls (^:
Would this be uncomfortable to wear underneath a hydration pack a (camel back)
No. It would be just fine. - Chase
I´m 173 cm high and i want to buy the baseframe layer, but im struggling between S and M.(im also very skinny)
I would get the medium. I'm about the same height and I wear the Medium.
@@rmatvmc ok, thanks for the answer
I don't even have a dirtbike!
Great video, my question is what brand and model is that padded shirt you are wearing under the chest protectors?
That is the Fox Baseframe, but I'm not sure if they are still making it. We don't have any right now. - Chase
@@rmatvmc im looking for something to wear under my Jersey but i dont want it too bulky, CE rated for impact not just roost and i want shoulder protection, any recommendations? Thanks for the reply btw
@@shanesmith8088 So I just looked and it looks like we will have some of the basframe long sleeves shortly. The same one you saw in the video. There is the standard and D30 version. You could wear this with the Fox Raceframe over top under the jersey and it wouldn't be bulky. - Chase
@@rmatvmc Hello,
What size are you is your basegrame long sleeve? I'm 174cm 70kg and I'm choosing between M and L
Thank you so much !
@@pablomartinherrerac I think a medium would fit you really well. - Chase
So the Impact CE without the plastic shield on the back is similar to the impact SB because I think of buying the SB version and I currently have the one with the plastic shield on the back. I just want to wear it more often under the jersey so I need something low profile.
Hi Paul. On the Impact CE, the pad underneath the plastic shield is not CE certified by itself. The plastic shield and the foam underneath give you CE certification when used together. The SB impact foam is more dense and is CE certified on it's own. I had the same version you have now and took the plastic back piece off and just use the foam underneath. It's not CE rated, but I'm okay with that. - Chase
Rocky Mountain ATV MC alright but I think I’m going with the SB version because my parents want me to be protected as good as possible while I’m riding. Thanks
What is @Lamb Chop Rides doing there! haha
