I finally did it (a little over a month ago)! My hair is starting to grow back now and I’m at a loss. I have some growth oil that I’ve been using (I need ALL the help with learning how to care for my hair).
I’m going to give this a try ASAP! How often do you do this and what do you do for moisture? My hair has always been extremely dry. Is coconut oil good enough starting out?
