I only care if their Tuishou exercises are real or staged, because throwing a partner during training has been observed since the 60's video back to the present. I practice chen style just stopped at the beginner level, and haven't seen these exercises, so I'm curious. In real combat, even if you are at grandmaster level, a punch to your face can end the match.
