Lol at 6:35:50! I am indeed watching this 1-2 years later after playing through the curse!

I commented on episode 1, but because it was driving me wild... Solitary has to be declared before you draw, not after, otherwise it would be insanely better than Forewarned and Valiant... I'm guessing you were tired, but near the end you talked about not using up bolas after you'd declared you were using them, which is the same problem. Overall, a fun runthrough though. I don't have this curse, so very little was spoilt for me, but you did pull a couple of things I haven't ever seen :)

Sorry I missed the ending of this in the live stream, having stuck with it all the way through! But I watched in the future and it was an awesome playthroug, well done Rob! I’m off to order a new expansion for this now, but which to choose? I have this one, and Icy Maze, and Crystal’s Song, so maybe I’ll go for the balloon one...

At 6:48:14 if, as I understand it, you decide not to do the test you return the card back to the deck. Then in the other room when you push the button you then banish the card. So it would then be replaced by the gold card which you can return to. But I haven't gone past this time stamp to see if you had worked this issue out.
I think at 7:07:27 you are showing fatigue, with seven hours straight.
I think some of those on the chat are suggesting the worst choices. Probably because it isn't their play.
Fatigue is really showing at 7:39:00 or so.

I think I have counted you saying “I don’t know” at least 1,000,000 times!

I don't know, your count seems low. Hmmm. I think you missed a few, but I don't know. 😈

re our discussion about kickstarter: in case of EU friendly shipping they also cover customs and VAT. customs is usually not an issue with retail releases, but for example we have 27% VAT in my country, meaning that for a 100 usd game I have to pay 27 usd on top 'for nothing'. it is kind of a big deal with especially the 100-200 dollar pledges to have this covered by the publisher. to give you an example, ISS Vanguard core box is 100 usd, 24 usd for one-wave shipping. assuming that the retail price will be roughly the same, this means that in effect i pay less than I would in local store, get the game probably 9-12 months earlier, with more content than retail would likely contain. long story short, as long as you trust the publisher, unless some game goes major-major mass market, in my case you are usually better off with KS pricing (...some exceptions of course).
(And I know the publisher for sure builds all these costs into their pricing, but it is not like it will stop them from keeping the price high and reaping the profits themselves in case the retail release... which is fair, but I have to protect my own interest, too.)
