- This is my summer heat proof foundation application tutorial! There is a specific way I apply my foundation to ensure that it's heat proof in the Summer time and I'm going to share my secret application so that your foundation can also be heat proof this summer!
In todays makeup video I'll show you how I prep my skin so that I can apply makeup in the correct way. I'll show you how to apply your foundation and how to blend so that it stays put in humid weather, hot and sticky weather and still looks flawless in the summer.

As always Nina I love your videos. I really like how you explain why one thing would work and another wouldn't. I was very interested in this cause I live in Florida and work in a warehouse. So whether I'm working or not, I think this would be helpful. One thing I have to get used to is setting with powder especially under the eyes.

Thank you, Nina. I barely can use anything on my face in the summer heat since I sweat on my head/in the face so much, that I am all wet. I am literally dripping. No foundation is transfer proof in a dry state much less in a sweaty state. I've bought some on "transfer proof" ones (Shiseido, Lancome), all just a marketing bull*.

I’m thanking you again for this video,I’ve watched it once already my memory is short I guess. I did purchase the grip primer but I did what you told us not to do don’t rub it in I did for starters I will purchase tarte shape tape and Nars concealer and see if that will make a difference for me as well. I have such an oily t zone and when I use or wear my reading glasses it can make a mess on my nose contouring as well as my make up. I should’ve payed better attention !! Thanks again Nina for your wonderful teaching & techniques. 💕

Does this also work for mature skin?
I was getting ready for work when I saw your video so I decided to follow along with you. I was loving the way everything looked today. I finished the last setting powder step and thought, I cannot go out like this! I went and washed it all off. I resumed your video and started over again with the intention of eliminating the last step when I heard you say, give it an hour or so.
OMG, I wasted that beautiful work of art I had just applied! I should've known better. Read the instructions in full before you begin, right?

I love the matte look but being 63 it can make me look older so I do tend to stick with a more dewy look. Hey Nina, I want to buy the Tart concealer, I use Mac Studio fix 41 as well as the 42, which shade would you recommend for me to get for the Tart concealer.

Hi Nina, would you recommend a pink setting powder for fair skin? I know you use Banana color but I’m white & red (sunburn) 😂
Did you apply anything before the milk primer?
Does Applying lighter concealer before colour correction under the eyes make the base look grey ?
Best to apply colour corrector first to cancel out darkness and then go in with concealer/foundation

Will this help with naturally oil skin? I moved from a very dry/arid climate to a very humid one and my oily skin seems to cause my makeup to melt worse then before
