    Do you have any tips for leaving gently? Do you just slowly increase your buoyancy with breathing?

      If you breath out you wil sink but if you breath in you wil go up i dont say breath totaly in thats not good but try to play with youre lungs breath in for one second you wil go up than breath out this wil fix it with calm action taken good luck

    Hi David, do you find using red light as focus light helps in approaching some small crestaceans and blennies..?

      Hi Timz
      Yes, I often use a red focus light and do find it helpful. A focus light is a necessity on night dives and animals tend to tolerate red light much better than white light. Sometimes, during daylight, I am able to autofocus without a focus light.

    I do all this even when just using my eyes to observe it
    the no-eye-contact works
    and frankly, from a biological perspective - makes sense
