Это утопленник. Посмотрите на скрытые полости за обшивкой и за щитком приборов. Также, характерные пятна на сиденьях. Эта машина уже работать нормально не будет, т.к. электрика вся кородирует

Ja ne znam kako se vlasnik nije razboleo u ovolikoj prljavštini.Ne mogu da verujem da je neko doveo svoje vozilo do ovog stadijuma prljavštine.Da ga je jednom godišnje usisavao pa bih razumeo da je malo brinuo ali ovo nikad metlu videlo nije a ni vodu.

This kind of service is called detailing not regular cleaning or car wash. People who post these kind of services on RUclips do this full time and minimum they charge $1200.

It's totally fine, everything in there that needs protection from water seals. Just make sure it is correctly first. Its not like water doesn't get in during rain.
