I already have a name, logo, and overall idea(even a few episode ideas). I am pretty average when it comes to technology and not looking to spend a lot of money. I also wouldn’t mind having it on camera too. Any tips?

@@akkshaytandon9720 a mic for sure. Most can use their phone, but if you want slightly better audio, you can start with a cheaper plug n play style mic on your desk. An XLR mic with the sound controls can get expensive, anywhere between 100-300 or more. But XLR mics give you even better audio and more control over your audio than just plug n play style mics.
All too expensive. A much less expensive way is to use your phone and a free audio editor. You don't need a webcam for podcasting, that's for making videos. A true podcast only needs a microphone

Why do we need a Webcam? Isn't it just your voice?
If you’re doing a remote video podcast you will need a webcam. But if it’s just audio then just the mic is good 👍
