I deplore the nasty remarks and unfair comparisons made in some of the comments. Why can't we just appreciate Shen Jie's performances and be grateful for her contribution to Chinese culture?

名師出高徒, 龍劍笙與梅雪詩, 幼承庭訓, 幸有任白(任劍輝和白雪仙) 之裁培, 歌藝與演技亦相當不俗, 但始終未能青出於藍, 勝过其師們之演藝和歌技, 令人婉惜, 更嗟嘆不矣！
岂任白之外别无佳耶？乐人演技何佳因众各有所赏所判，于此佳于彼非，甚多粤剧优伶技艺不亚任白。
