Another good one! I was actually vacationing in the Dover/Sandpoint area on 7/9. Saw the BNSF autorack train as well while out on a bike ride. Thanks for putting this series together.

Really nice program! Im hoping to railfan this line myself one day in the coming years as part of a cross country roadtrip.
We'll see if that comes to be.
    Great video!

I've always wondered about this line. I figured there was alot of CP power running on this line because we see alot of it in the Portland area

I figured CP could lead on trains here, but they can't in the Gorge because of cab signal requirements

Yes the PTC is mandatory. I just got off work and had to give a UP motor to a grain train with a bad leader. The next two engines were a CP and CN facing the right way, but they couldn’t use them. It was a train from Eastport in fact!

Handbrake @ 4:20 lol.....ewf and it's so close to the tailend! If it's not that sure is a sound I would NOT like if I were that conductor and that drag!

Also, this was like watching an actual CBC Documentary in 🇨🇦 and even with our legend Lightfoot Trilogy song! Great job and fun fact, I worked the Lethbridge-Crow's Nest Pass run back in 2000's and really didn't know much in life of where the drag would eventually traverse afterwards and that kind of had me wanting to know in life so thanks!
UPDATE: Gordon Lightfoot is NOW LEGEND status!
