I haven't done a proper pushup in, um, probably five years and yeah, you could tell. So, yes, I thought this was a pain in the patootie, but obviously I needed it, so thanks! :D
My butt still hurt from the other day so I rested yesterday and do this and 10 mins stretch at the same time. I must say this one is a bit difficult (on purpose I assume?) I modified to low impact version to save my knees.
