We moved to Ivins in the middle of August '22. We LOVE it! It's everything she said it was and more. The people are so friendly, and within the first few weeks we were here, most of them came by and introduced themselves to us. We're meeting other neighbors all the time and they're great. We have large windows on the back of our house, and with the red mountain only being about 5 blocks away, we can enjoy its beauty every day. The traffic is so laid back that we don't even have a stoplight here! We do have to go into Washington or Bloomington to a Walmart, and most Drs are in St George, but it's less than a 15-minute drive, so we plan accordingly. But the drive on the Red Mt Parkway makes it worth our time. We get a full view of the city of St George, and it's beautiful.
Thank you for the informative video of Ivins, Sharee. My family has been knee-deep into realty since 1975. I plan of visiting Ivins/St. George in early May to go hiking and take pictures (still and aerial). I've noted your contact info in the event I need some direction, and hope you don't mind if I reach out while there. Thank you again!
How HOT does it get there? Same as St George..? Is there somewhere near.. or, where is there property that is a little cooler?... Cedar City too cold. Don't like much snow... thanks so much..!! Great video BTW..!
Hurricane is known for being windier. Top 3 would depend on what you are looking for. Send me an email sharee@comehomestgeorge.com or text/call me 435-429-6006 and I would be happy to help.

Don't lie.
Sounds great. We are going to check it out in early August (wanted to pick near the hottest time of the year)
Remarkably good presentation. I should think this lady sells a lot of houses.

It's usually only a couple degrees cooler than St. George. Closest place to get away from the heat is Pine Valley. It does snow there.
What are areas to avoid because of higher winds at different times of the year? Also looking for top 3 cities to buy a home near St George.
