Both the surveyors square and dodecahedron are limited in ancient finds. surveyors square in number of finds, total of two from Roman times and only one survives to the modern day. Dodecahedron is limited in context. over 80 finds total, but no clear definition on its use and conflicting context clues. Controversies of both are discussed.
