How to make a ramrod of a Shaublin milling machine

He made the ramrod composite, with a nut. One ramrod is made under collet W20 with a special carving with a step of 1,666. The second ramrod - under the collet with M20x1.5 thread.

Why I made the ramrod composite.
First, if you use a ramrod of the existing design, the axial force in the thread of the ramrod is applied when rotating this thread.
And the thread on the collet shank is not continuous, with grooves with sharp edges. Like a tap. A collet collar. Therefore, when tightening the collet, these sharp edges can scrape the thread in the ramrod and wear it.
This probably explains why the collets hung so much in the ramrod.
The compound ramrod, which I made, is wound freely, without axial force, on the collet shank. And the collet is tightened by this nut.
Of course, there is also an axial force in the thread, but there is no rotation on the collet shank, the axial force is applied without rotation. Therefore, the sharp edges of the collet thread will not scrape the thread in the ramrod.
The second reason is that the hole in the spindle of my MN-80 machine is only 18 mm and it is problematic to make a one-piece ramrod for collets with a diameter of 20 mm from a thick rod or pipe on my machine.
The video shows in detail how I made these two composite ramrods for Shaublin machines: for collets with M20x1.5 thread and for collets with special thread with a pitch of 1,666 mm.
