Very good questions Gordon Bennett, there are fly screens on the windows but nothing when you open the door so if your cooking on the cooker you either want the door open or use the extractor if it has one, ours did on the first and not on the second. Gas usage depends on how much you use. They come with a 4kg bottle and that is used for the cooking obviously but also can be used for heating a shower. We didn't use a whole one or anywhere near in a few days. Storage capacity, as for exact numbers I don't know and it van to van dependant but there was a lot of cupboards and we had them organised without issue
