@@ekramehsas6948 haha yes it’s good to have suggestions in my mind and hopefully I can get to most of them at some point, in one way or another. We have a grilled tofu Caesar wrap coming up soon 🤫 so that gets the chicken like protein in but not so much the messiness. I do have a super messy eggplant “parm” sandwich 😂 I’ve never tried subbing a higher protein source in there but that could be an experiment!

I definitely like them like this but for a weekend brunch for sure. It’s a tad more work than I usually have patience for on a weekday 😂 we tend to have oatmeal most mornings because it’s so quick and we can change the flavour every day depending on what we add in. But a quick “egg” breakfast on a weekday is definitely a tofu scramble. So quick to cook up whatever veg we have in the fridge, crumble in some tofu, and season it. But having some leftover hollandaise sauce or my vegan queso takes that scramble up a notch 👍🏼😋
