I was literally just looking at that exact model of stair climber and had saved it to chew it over. I have a heavy 4 piece, 9 foot tv unit I have to get down two flights of stairs. Now I know the stair climber isn't going to cut it. Thank you.
For home casual use, the cheaper one will be fine and way less expensive. For someone who uses it for work or moves a lot of heavy stuff around and needs to use it for steps, then the expensive one is a must. Depends on peoples own needs and uses.
I used to work as van driver and used both types of hand trucks. I usually pulled about 100 kg stuff to the next floor with the carts. Actually the two-wheeler needs a very very very strong and pumped tires to be effective and easy to use. If they are losing pressure a little bit they will be a nightmare. Very hard to push and pull then. The main problem of the 6 wheeler is turning. Yes, its is pretty hard. But they don`t have the tire pressure problem. On stairs the two-wheeler is more silent but it is jumping a way more. The 6-wheeler is banging a way more loudly but the cart is not jumping so much.
Gran video. Saludos.
Yes, bigger tires for sure. For some reason most hand trucks are made with wimpy wheels. We don’t all live in concrete cities and warehouses so would like to see more robust tires offered. Like some 10 ply blow up tires.
Yes. I'm worried about inside house stairs that might get scratched in the corners with a magliner. I'm trying to find a comparison with tracks instead. Great video!!
There's a reason most professional delivery and moving people use Magliner, and it's a good one. Solid, lots of options, great support. They just work better.
First decent video I've found so far. Thanks! This one I up-voted. The rest are computers reading specs. Those are spam and voted every one of them down.
Thanks!! Saved me from purchasing the 6 wheel dolly. I'm getting very heavy equipment delivered and it's clear the Magliner will handle bringing it upstairs with ease.
I think Im gonna watch the 2nd hand market and try and get myself an electric stair climbing dolly for cheap... moving a fridge or washer/dryer on even the good one you have upstairs is just brutal.
Professional movers for years they use Aluminum reefer dollies for few reasons..1:low center of gravity, because of small wheels.2: heavy duty wheel bearings.3:heavy duty rubber gliders behind the wheels for stairs.double pull& push handle.4:came with safety strap with crank ratchet for tightening the load down.
good afternoon i'm written on the channel and i watch it short all videos i would like to know how to get the affection to go up stairs is the blankets.
Liberator and magnliner works well and won't scratch wooden stairs , also recommend you to get rug runners when move on wooden floors and stairs they pretty handy.
I have a question: I'm a klutz who has lost control of hand trucks on stairs-(fortunately there was nobody under me.) But-what if you used a fall protection lanyard, and hooked it a doorway and the hand truck?? Would that be safe??
Can one strong guy move heavy appliances like big refrigerators and front load washers UP the stairs with the Magliner? Does it help that much more than a normal appliance hand truck from home depot? Thanks for videos.
Magliner is not the only heavy duty dolly on the market and if you know what your doing then yes you can move refrigerators and other heavy appliances with a dolly! I moved a refrigerator down three flights of stairs with my cosco heavy duty dolly!
You are using it wrong for the multiple wheels. Despite you been a mover you don't understand the physics. One set of wheels is on the step, the second set touches the step above. Now you have to lean the weight toward you, and drive in. What you are doing is lifting all the weight.
Harper Trucks 6781 i was looking for this, because looks like have a Ruber belt instead of a bumper in the back which looks like Will help with heavy duty works.
Might of been better if you gave us the name of the Dolly's instead of just telling us how much you paid them. I'm sold I want one .. But wait! I have no idea what i want. Pointless video.
Shit! I bought it and will not hold, wheels roll broke...aluminum construction is not solid, upholstery of the handle is torn apart after a week. After two months unusable, the company is not responding. Thrown out money!!
Another person you kept from the pain of trying one of these. Thank you
I was about to buy a 6 wheel dolly, but I changed my mind after watching this. Great review!

thanks so much for taking the time to elucidate the pros and cons of these two types of stair climbing dollies.

Great explanation. I'm not a professional mover but I now know I don't want one with 3 wheels.
Hey thanks im building a moving career through dolly and this helped a lot
Thank you for this, you have potentially saved me a lot of back ache and £1000’s in damaging my radiators
I will purchase the 2 wheel one
You guys are amazing, much love from Australia
Perfect demonstration, exactly what I was looking for, thank you.

Margus, I think that's why he said the tires are solid rubber.
It is good to know that

Literally just bought one based on your comment after researching that brand LOL
Damn I'm glad I watched this video before ordering it.
Can you show how to bring them down the stairs

Great video and excellent explanation!
Excellent review, just what I was looking!
Super helpful, thanks. How much do you think can be comfortably lifted up several flights of stairs with the Magliner? 150lbs? 200lbs?
Man
Thank you for this video.
I got the first one and I was planning to get the 3 wheeler
What is the dolly called with the slide on it?
Magliners are the best. Light and strong.
Thank you so much for this video.
lol I was going to get the 3-wheeled one, thx for the vid realizing it's bad
You guys are an amazing team. Wish I lived closer.
You can always... *MOVE*

What do you that favorite dolly of yours
can you say the exact model of that magliner hand truck?
TY
Excelente. Gracias.
just wondering what's your opinion on powered stair climbing hand truck like Magliner, its like 4K, is it worth it for long term use?

this is a fantastic review!
Please provide model number to the magliner 800 lb capacity dolly. I am trying to buy exact one online but cannot find the one you recommend.

Can you pleas supply the (company) name of each of the two Dolly’s and where they can be purchased? Thank you.
The expensive one it's call Magliner.
@@flaviuss15It's actually a Liberator made by B&P Manufacturing.
VERY HELPFUL. THANK YOU.
Thanks for the video
Great video very helpful! Subbed!
Who makes the better dolly?
Not going to lie it seems if you work harder with the stair climber then the more traditional one
How do you buy it? What is the name?
Thank you!
Excelente handtruck black wheel. Me podría decir What tamaño son las llantas thanks
Thanks for the honest review
Bro where can I get that heavy duty dolly??
Looks like the only thing I like about the six wheels is that I'd doesn't seem to touch the corner of the stairs. That I like.
They both get the job done!
Yes. I'm worried about inside house stairs that might get scratched with a magliner.
It's the best. How can I get it?
I bought a used Luggage Dolly for $2 and added some wood for stability. I was able to move a wash machine with it. Just not on stairs.
Why don't you do a video going down the stairs?
good afternoon i'm written on the channel and i watch it short all videos i would like to know how to get the affection to go up stairs is the blankets.
Que modelo es el 2 ruedas?
What is the name of the good one
Exelente demostracion! esta es la explicación que andaba buscando ya que todavía no me decido cual comprar!
Las dos
Where do you order the magliner from?
Magliner.com
where do i get the good hand truck/ Dolly
good one matey
Good video
perhaps you should have weighed both dollies as well as their respective loads before going up the stairs
Good demonstration!
Have you used the magliner on wooden stairs? Does it scratch the stairs? We deliver fitness equipment weighing 500+ pounds, need a good hand truck.
Liberator and magnliner works well and won't scratch wooden stairs , also recommend you to get rug runners when move on wooden floors and stairs they pretty handy.
@@RescueMovingServices Sweet! Thanks man
Definitely use a runner and you will have no issue also a 4 wheeler works good on certain objects
my back weeps for these men..
I wonder how effective the 6-wheel one would be with slightly wider wheels
Very helpful.
What is the material the sliding bars are made of?
What about going down the stairs, which one is better then
Same one , the one with the 6 wheels is trash
What size wheels and how high is your extension? For the magliner
Address of buying it please.
What is the name of tall hand truck and where can buy it
it call liberator you can find it at handtrucks2go.com/Aluminum-Hand-Truck/
Thanks brother!
Good comparison. The stair dolly doesn’t seem to have any advantage over the straight forward one
keep in mind that the other hand truck does have stair skates, though, rather than just being a normal hand truck
I'm planning to get a new dolly from magliner. But before I make my purchase does the dolly make alot of squeaky noise?
The best one it's the liberator dolly with large loop handle and 20x12 nose plate
@@RescueMovingServices what's the link for that
God bless you. What is that dolly.
Witch one?
The good one. Not the bad one. That three wheel thing is to much for me.

Not sure the dimensions but you get get them online just search ramps for Movers I think 2x2

If those stairs were wood, they would get fucked up by that second dolly.
Online it said the stair climber could hold 150 not 500+

Somebody here use this for washing machine?
What you haven't wrapped the hand trolley in fcn plastic wrap shame on you brother....
Not a so good solution. The edges of stairs are going to be damaged with more usage. Marble and tiles edges in home are aesthetically finished.
Wrap them with carpet or something, would probably work fine then. I repair marble. Still probably the best option for heavy stair moves.
