It's great to see Tim win. Emile (Chugga) won MP1, and Jon won MP2. Tim didn't do so great in the previous two, but he really came back with a vengeance here.
bruinsgirl33 He lost this one technically. he won the most boards, but stat wise (which in TRG is what matters) chuggaa won due to a coin lead. So... Yeah, he didn't win this won. He got second though.
+bruinsgirl33 Tim lost Mario Party 1 and 2 because he sucked. He sucked in Mario Party 3 as well but luck was heavily on his side. Also Emile still won this game because in overall board score, he got 11 points while Emile got 12 points.
I personally think "Board Victories" should be the deciding stat in the final overall ranking, THEN stars and then coins... etc. Because the number of stars can vary heavily, depending on which board you are playing (some low scoring, some high scoring). And in my opinion the player who won the most boards (in this case NCS) should officially be the winner, and ties in board victories are decided by stars, then coins and so on. Just my personal opinion, like I said, but I think that would be the fair way to decide the winner.
Even though I'm commenting on this a year after it was made, I'd like to say my own thoughts. 1. Emile didn't say that Tim won because he thinks he did, or that he wanted the last word. He said that because he IS the winner. 2. I forget where Jon said this, but he and everyone else considers winning the most boards as winning the LP. Stars and coins don't matter. 3. I know some might believe that having the most stars and coins should determine the winner of the LP, but when you really think about it, that way of determining the winner is not really fair. The biggest flaws of this would be in Mario Party 6 because of the board Faire Square. For example, lets say I won every board except Faire Square because I was usually 1 or 2 stars ahead of everyone else. However, on Fair Square, because of the gimmick of the board, someone was able to be 20 stars ahead of everyone else (a bit of an exaggeration, but it could still happen). This means that in terms of total star number, he now has a few more than me, even though I've won the last 5 boards. Should that make the other guy the winner? No, because the rules and gimmick of one stage complete makes it favor whoever was the lucky one in that ONE board, and that would give a HUGE advantage to someone's total star count. tl;dr version: Counting the number of boards won in a Mario Party game is a much better way of determining the winner than the number of stars won overall.
I understand exactly where you are going with this, and I agree with you 100%. I think what they were really saying was that there are two winners: one who wins in stats, and one who wins most boards. That said, Emile and Tim both won this LP, but because it is more fair as you say, Tim still is the overall winner because he won the most boards.
I agree. Stars should be to boards what coins are to stars. It doesn't matter if you have the most coins if your star count is lower than the other players. If there's a tie, coins matter. Similarly if there's a tie with boards then that's when stars should matter.
Tim wins in my opinion as well, counting the total stats is interesting to see but for that to be the deciding factor is kinda dumb, its like the "best two out of three" rule
It's hard not to think Chugga brought up his "stat victory" primarily to make sure viewers noticed. Throughout the MP LP series, he seems insecure about viewers not recognising/remembering his best performances: "*** won... didn't beat my record though" "It's weird because normally I always win this one" "Wouldn't it be funny if I came in last here when I was never less than second on the actual boards?"
Chugga having more stars overall just means that he had bigger victories when he did win and probably more consistency. Congrats to Tim though, well deserved.
Well if Jon had not won any board and Chugga won three boards (with his 2nd board being Creepy Cavern and his 3rd being Waluigi's Island), he could've tied the game with Tim. Chugga and Tim would've won three boards each. If there was a Fortune Space on Creepy Cavern, Chugga would've gotten the Coin Star --if he swapped the coins with Mario and stole a star from Jon at the Boo house. Mario would've 100 percent gotten the Minigame Star, that's true. Here is another alt. ending --if Jon didn't win any boards and Chugga tied the game with Tim: MARIO PARTY 3 Chilly Waters Chugga (5 stars and 334 coins) Jon (3 stars and 57 coins) Wario (2 stars and 76 coins) Tim (2 stars and 12 coins) Deep Blooper Sea Tim (2 stars and 7 coins) Chugga (1 star and 98 coins) Jon (1 star and 55 coins) Daisy (1 star and 35 coins) Spiny Desert Tim (4 stars and 69 coins) Chugga (3 stars and 142 coins) Peach (3 stars and 66 coins) Jon (1 star and 117 coins) Woody Woods Tim (3 stars and 51 coins) Chugga (3 stars and 30 coins) Jon (3 stars and 18 coins) Luigi (2 stars and 38 coins) Creepy Cavern (NOTE: Tim used his Wacky Watch after the 20th turn.) Chugga (3 stars and 561 coins) Mario (2 stars and 204 coins) Jon (2 stars and 40 coins) Tim (2 stars and 11 coins) Waluigi's Island Chugga (4 stars and 40 coins) Jon (2 stars and 13 coins) Tim (1 star and 16 coins) Wario (0 stars and 13 coins) So Chugga would've tied the game would Tim (winning 3 boards each). But this would've been the only Mario Party series game in the "Runaway Guys" (prior to MARIO PARTY 8) where Jon did not win any board. MARIO PARTY 3 was the second of the five Mario Party series games where the A.I took 2nd place after one of the human players. In MARIO PARTY 3, this happened on one board and that was Creepy Cavern. And on that board, Chugga won and the A.I (Mario) took 2nd after Chugga. In MARIO PARTY 1, this was on three boards (Wario's Battle Canyon was Tim's win and the A.I took 2nd after Tim while DK's Jungle Adventure and Bowser's Magma Mountain were both Chugga's win and the A.I took 2nd after Chugga). In MARIO PARTY 4, this was on one board (Toad's Midway Madness was Jon's win and the A.I took 2nd after Jon). In MARIO PARTY 7, this was on two boards (Pagoda Peak was Chugga's win and the A.I took 2nd after Chugga while Windmillville was Jon's win and the A.I took 2nd after Jon). And in MARIO PARTY 8, this was on one board (Bowser's Warped Orbit was Jon's win and the A.I took 2nd after Jon). In MARIO PARTY 2, I would not have been surprised if Chugga tied the game with Jon. Then Chugga and Jon would've won three boards each. But Tim did not win any. Through ALT. ENDINGS, tying the game and two players winning the same number of boards would've happened in 3 games in a row. The first one would've been MARIO PARTY 2 (Chugga and Jon), the second would've been MARIO PARTY 3 (Chugga and Tim), and the third and final would've been MARIO PARTY 6 (Jon and Tim). MARIO PARTY 7 and 8 would've been the two games where all 3 players won the same number of boards. MARIO PARTY 7 would've been the only game where it was the same with no ALT. ENDINGS. The other 7 did. So face it, Rabbid Luigi. That's my ALT. ENDING for MARIO PARTY 3. That is, if Chugga and Tim tied the game (winning 3 boards each).
The reason why Chugga (at the end of every board in this game --yes, MARIO PARTY 3), it is because he did not want anyone pressing "A" or "Start" because that would be the button to skip the results screen. Chugga skipped the results screen at the end of one board and that was in MARIO PARTY 8. That was on the board Goomba's Booty Boardwalk. I have no idea why you bring up that extra information (saying, "PUT YOUR HANDS IN THE AIR WHERE WE CAN SEE THEM! WE HAVE YOU SURROUNDED!"). To repeat my comment, "CHUGGA said that because he did not want anyone pressing 'A' or 'Start' because that skips the results screen".
the stats didnt matter in mp1 and 2. not sure why emile started caring about it in 3 other than him wanting to use it as a poor excuse to claim victory
It's an Arin Hanson tactic. When Arin is losing badly to Danny he always forces a final round for all the beans and somehow ends up winning. Same with Chuggaa he's a sore loser (and a dickish winner) so he does whatever he can to have a victory even though he lost.
@@jejeakle He probably brought it up all those years ago because he thought that people would be like, "Well actually, Emile won MP3 because of stats!" Keep in mind, MP3 was the start of the major hatred and annoyance towards Emile. Before this, Jon was still getting most of the hate. But either way, what he thought doesn't matter. Two things are agreed upon by the guys, 1. Tim won MP3. 2. It is their worst Let's Play of a game on the channel. With Emile especially thinking it was his worst performance commentary wise.
Interesting enough, if Tim won the final Thwomp Pull and Jon never landed on a happening space during the last turn, Tim would've won the board and in terms of stats.
Chugga is like a stray cat. He's cute but you can't really have him. So you just leave food on the porch for him and you love when he comes by but hate when he meows at 2 in the morning.
Congrats to Tim winning Mario party 3! Also I hope they keep the ai for future Mario party games as I think it's adds a nice random factor to the videos.
Nice game guys. Jon, you really got screwed at a few moments. Tim, you did great winning the most boards. Emile, You did well winning in stats and gave Tim a good running. In the end, I think you all did fantastic and I can't wait to see you all in the next one.
But wait, here's the funny thing. Chugga goes for Jon so damn much, that Tim is able to make something big happen that, more often than not, wins him the game, which makes everyone else freak out simply because they didn't pay much attention to what he was doing. That's what I love about these guys. The games they play and what they do within it causes so many great reactions that always put a big derpy grin on my face. I don't care how they treat each other. What matters is that they have fun.
I agree! It's supposed to be the three of them anyway, they don't need a guest for everything. They have one for everything else pretty much, so it'd be nice to see MP kept the same.
I love the class Emile showed when he edited in after this board was over that Tim was the overall winner of MP3 despite the fact that Emile won in terms of stats
"Even though I won in stats, I think we can all agree that Tim won overall" DAMN RIGHT HE DID. He deserves this! Now you've all won a MP LP. Now it's up to the A.I./Guest player to win Mario Party 4.
I've said it before, and I shall say it again because of how it seems to always be true. Tim has never won without getting the happening star, and I don't think he ever will. But the funny thing is that if there were no bonus stars at all, he would still have won every board that he did (Except Wario's Battle Canyon).

Jon never got the minigame star in a single board, yet he had almost 200 more coins than the computer, who got the minigame star in half of the boards. Interesting.
This board was my favorite just because of the rude awakening with the plunder chest. But Woody Woods was my second because Chugga was like, "Hi, I'm Woody! Howdy, howdy, howdy!!"
There are a couple reasons. First, he is the primary opposition to Chugga, who has the largest fan base by far. Second (this is the one that gets me), he is arguably the most critical and spiteful of the three. Even in co-op games, he will frequently target Chugga for the sake of being difficult and competitive. Chugga can be spiteful as well at times, but he tends to have a more lackadaisical attitude that makes it easier to stomach.
Is it just me, or does it seem like every time Chugga and Jon duel, Tim is always singing something? Also congrats to Tim. Don't listen to those people saying it was all luck, you done good.
Well not if Chugga and Tim won two boards each. Seeing a game have two of the human players win three boards each, I would take. Seeing a game having all three players win the same number of boards (like MARIO PARTY 7 and 8), I would take. But NOT the other unique wins in MARIO PARTY 1, 4, and 5 (although in MARIO PARTY 4 Jon won 4 boards and Chugga and Tim both won 1 board). MARIO PARTY 1 and 5 was the worst. Because MARIO PARTY 1 had Chugga winning all the boards (except Mario's Rainbow Castle, Wario's Battle Canyon, and Yoshi's Tropical Island) while MARIO PARTY 5 had Jon winning all the boards (except Toy Dream and Rainbow Dream). And I was forced to have those two games remain the same with NO ALT. ENDINGS.
Now I love guest stars, don't get me wrong, but the chemistry between the original 3 Runaway Guys is perfect. We need Mario Party as the one series without guest stars.
Wow, that game was close. Jon choosing to step on the '?' Mark, winning that last minigame . . . And had Tim used the watch, it probably would've been either Jon or Tim's game by then too. :o
OH FOR... Tim won the damn LP, and Jon and Emile are treating Tim as an equal so he doesn't feel worse than he already does, and Emile told everyone that Tim won because he didn't want others to say otherwise. Also, people are entitled to their own opinion on Emile. If whole group of people want to have a riot on Chugga, then let them. You can't change their freaking opinion. Christ, do we have to fight about every single little thing on this channel!?
I hope that in Mario Party 4 and onwards that they have a different guest for either by different boards or by each different mario party game. it would be cool to see 4 players go all out on each other.
I like how strategic this Mario Party turned out to be. Maybe it was the ability to carry more items, or the crazy Game Guy spaces and rare items, but this was a great TRG LP. And I guess Tim didn't want to seem too dependent on the Wacky Watch, since he used it two times previously. I mean the game was close enough to where all three of them could've gained the lead in whichever category.
no, I'm not new. Tim is actually a very good player. I mean, sure some games he struggles on. Th first 2 Mario parties he didn't do well on, same with the first Super Mario Bros Wii. In this one he's done a lot better, as well in Wii U. On his channel he's managed to do very difficult challenges on some of his LPs. ( In Battle toads he nearly beat the running mouse to the generator without hitting him, he destroyed the unbeatable shark, he's done a 3 heart run on the original Legend of Zelda
i agree i dont think its fair that emile was picked on because he was strategic in a game that involves strategy to win. it just proves how immature people are
Thank you for your agreement, I appreciate it, under most circumstances someone would've started trolling me for having stated my opinion. Regardless, I must say Emile was strategic to the bitter end, even if it did backfire a bit with that barter box.
Since there is still confusion here, for those who missed it, The Runaway Guys account DID post in a prior video that Tim is the overall winner since board wins are what count most, and the stats at the end are just a fun tally with no significance. So they agree Tim wins Mario Party 3. Don't worry.
Well played, Guys! And congrats to Tim for winning the Battle Royal side of the game! Now this has me wondering... how are you guys gonna cover the Duel boards of this game? There's 3 of you and it IS a 2-player mode...
I don't think Emile was trying to uplift himself in any way or be a jerk with that last message at the end of the video, but I do still believe he made a mistake. He should have never made a stat board like that in the first place. He should have set it in stone that boards were the victory deciding stat, because he knows they are. If he was going to make a stat board, he should have made boards one of the stats, and of course that means make it the most important stat, because that's exactly what it is. Anytime there can be a victory where one person wins by just one star 5 times, and the one time he doesn't win, he loses to the other guy by 6 or 7 stars, giving the other guy more stars overall. That shouldn't make the other guy the winner. The first guy would've won 5 boards and the other guy only won 1. That is why Tim doesn't even need consideration for being the real winner. There is no doubt about it, Tim IS the winner. He even is the winner in stats too, because boards is a stat, and the most important one. Emile just didn't put it in, and that was his mistake.
5 year old comment, but worth saying this. Jon was the one who made the stat boards at the time. Emile just edited them in. Jon used to stat track in the early days of the channel and that went on for a while.
Chuggaa and Jon keep battling at each other's necks to win, meanwhile Tim's the sensible adult and sneaks ahead, and takes all the stars, Hidden Blocks, and rare items when they're not paying attention
SPOILERIFIC POST! Tim was actually really close to winning this board too. If he had won the last mini-game and Jon hadn't boosted his happening number on the last turn, Tim would have won not only this board, but he would've had more stars total than Chugga. Either way though, I also agree that Tim won MP3 overall, so congrats!
I think that Woody Woods was the one that he deserved to win. I think, anyway. In Deep Bloober Sea, he got lucky with the items, it didn't take a rocket scientist to see that no one was going to get that star if he didn't move it, and anyone would have thought to use the wacky watch as soon as they got an edge. It didn't take much thought to pull that one off, haha. I do respect that he did technically win the game, though. I really like Tim.
The only reason Emile winning always annoys me is because he knows the games the best, he practices and has beaten them all 100% so he has an unfair advantage.
EXACTLY! Finally, someone gets the point! These guys just want to have some fun, pick on each other, and all while we laugh at their competition! It's not just a dick-fest so that fans can kill each other while disagreeing about who should win and what players' strategies should be. That's right, whiners! It's supposed to be ENTERTAINING and FUN!!!!!!!!!!! ...geez, I get way too serious over these topics. XD
I know I don't run the channel, but here's an idea for the duel maps: Have 3 guests for three of the boards and each takes on one TRG regular; Jon vs Jake, Chuggaa vs Josh, Tim vs Lucah, just as an example, since Jake's in Japan, I know. Then have the other 3 Duel Boards a Round Robin between either the 3 normal TRG, or the first 3 duel winners.
Well, that's one Mario Party win for each of the 3 Guys. I am happy about this. And I will be even happier if they do not bring a guest for MP4. I see the Mario Party games as where the trio operates on their own without any guests, and the other games as where the guests come in. Like Fortune Street.
If I could cut in really quick, I would just like to say that he has a point that they do baby him quite a bit. In previous LP's, every time he did the slightest thing right, they (particularly Chuggaa) would yell "Go Tiiiimm!" or something along those lines. Meanwhile, the others had done countless things that were of equal quality, and just let them slip under the radar. They also consistently attack each other in MP even in situations where attacking Tim would be the much better decision.
true, ultimately it really just comes down to a game that shouldn't be taken too seriously. Especially when luck weighs heavily into the factor. Yet people will still try to justify the person they root for, regardless of how much control the players have over the field. I like tim as a person the most. I like emile when he does solo projects cause of his oddball humor. And I like jon cause he's the sarcastic and witty jack of all trades. So I honestly root for all of them
Rankings for MP3: Overall winner Tim Chugga: 26 stars, 48 coins, 620 coins (minigame), 334 coins (max), 60 blue, 5 red, 17 happening, 2 chance, 3 bowser, 3 battle Tim: 21 stars, 67 coins, 267 coins (minigame), 83 coins (max), 65 blue, 8 red, 25 happening, 1 chance, 1 bowser, 3 battle D'Oh I missed: 20 stars, 39 coins, 364 coins (minigame), 678 coins (max), 64 blue, 14 red, 14 happening, 1 chance, 4 bowser, 6 battle Jon: 17 stars, 0 coins, 539 coins (minigame), 110 (max), 51 blue, 4 red, 25 happening, 2 chance, 1 bowser, 8 battle I will probably end up subtracting a few stars at the end to see what would happen if certain rules are amended #1: 200 coins instead of 100 coins, it's gotten ridiculous with game guy #2: replace bonus stars at end with 1 bonus star, an extra star with the overall winner, and a star with the stat winner #3: 5 stars at the end, 2 to the one who won the most boards in total, 2 to the one who won the most games in total, and 1 to the one who won the most boards according to stats. MP rankings: Chugga: 89 stars, 22 coins, 2188 coins (minigame), 334 coins (max), 221 blue, 35 red, 56 happening, 6 chance time, 13 bowser Jon: 78 stars, 30 coins, 1699 coins (minigame), 188 coins (max), 206 blue, 28 red, 64 happening, 8 chance time, 11 bowser D'Oh I Missed: 52 stars, 75 coins, 1672 coins (minigame), 678 coins (max), 223 blue, 43 red, 48 happening, 5 chance time, 20 bowser Tim: 46 stars, 37 coins, 913 coins (minigame), 139 coins (max), 234 blue, 34 red, 62 happening, 7 chance time, 10 bowser
Tim got the most wins. Props to Chuggaa for considering Tim the winner. After all, if one person had somehow managed to win a game by, say, 8 stars, they would have won via the stats.
they said that they wanted to finish off the N64 trilogy with the three of them because its almost like tradition. They said they MAY bring in someone else for Mario Party 4.
My guess is they'll alternate the matchups for each board, with the third person providing extra commentary. For instance, they could do Chugga vs. Jon on the first board, Chugga vs. NCS on the second board, and Jon vs. NCS on the third board.
But the duel boards are one of the best things in MP3. They also involve even more strategy by deciding how to position partners & in gate guy's case when to go through the junction.
It's great to see Tim win. Emile (Chugga) won MP1, and Jon won MP2. Tim didn't do so great in the previous two, but he really came back with a vengeance here.
@DreamySkies05 I agree
Like I told Rabbid Luigi, "I would've been 100 percent satisfied if Chugga and Tim tied the game and won 3 boards each".
It was about time Tim won a Mario Party :-) Guy had horrendous luck in the first two Mario Parties and this Mario Party he played very well.
bruinsgirl33 He lost this one technically. he won the most boards, but stat wise (which in TRG is what matters) chuggaa won due to a coin lead. So... Yeah, he didn't win this won. He got second though.
***** I don't recall Jon ever saying that he and everyone else considered Tim the winner, but alright.
+bruinsgirl33 Tim lost Mario Party 1 and 2 because he sucked. He sucked in Mario Party 3 as well but luck was heavily on his side. Also Emile still won this game because in overall board score, he got 11 points while Emile got 12 points.
+Tucker Stackow at the end chugga says he considers Tim the winner of mario party 3
+Somebody0123468 He actually didn't do too bad in 2.
9:02 "I think Tim got third, Wario lost."
No no no no, he didn't lose...He just missed.
Wario: D'OH I MISSED!
That's by no means an exaggeration. I've had 50+ stars on Faire Square every time I play that board.
I agree. Stars should be to boards what coins are to stars. It doesn't matter if you have the most coins if your star count is lower than the other players. If there's a tie, coins matter. Similarly if there's a tie with boards then that's when stars should matter.
Well said!
Tim wins in my opinion as well, counting the total stats is interesting to see but for that to be the deciding factor is kinda dumb, its like the "best two out of three" rule
It's hard not to think Chugga brought up his "stat victory" primarily to make sure viewers noticed.
Throughout the MP LP series, he seems insecure about viewers not recognising/remembering his best performances:
"*** won... didn't beat my record though"
"It's weird because normally I always win this one"
"Wouldn't it be funny if I came in last here when I was never less than second on the actual boards?"
Here is another alt. ending --if Jon didn't win any boards and Chugga tied the game with Tim:
MARIO PARTY 3
Chilly Waters
Chugga (5 stars and 334 coins)
Jon (3 stars and 57 coins)
Wario (2 stars and 76 coins)
Tim (2 stars and 12 coins)
Deep Blooper Sea
Tim (2 stars and 7 coins)
Chugga (1 star and 98 coins)
Jon (1 star and 55 coins)
Daisy (1 star and 35 coins)
Spiny Desert
Tim (4 stars and 69 coins)
Chugga (3 stars and 142 coins)
Peach (3 stars and 66 coins)
Jon (1 star and 117 coins)
Woody Woods
Tim (3 stars and 51 coins)
Chugga (3 stars and 30 coins)
Jon (3 stars and 18 coins)
Luigi (2 stars and 38 coins)
Creepy Cavern
(NOTE: Tim used his Wacky Watch after the 20th turn.)
Chugga (3 stars and 561 coins)
Mario (2 stars and 204 coins)
Jon (2 stars and 40 coins)
Tim (2 stars and 11 coins)
Waluigi's Island
Chugga (4 stars and 40 coins)
Jon (2 stars and 13 coins)
Tim (1 star and 16 coins)
Wario (0 stars and 13 coins)
So Chugga would've tied the game would Tim (winning 3 boards each).
@@jacobchang7165 yeah telling him that when literally this comment is 9 fucking years old
Well, as everyone said, Mario Party 1 was Chuggaa's game, Mario Party 2 was Jon's game, and Mario Party 3 IS indeed Tim's game!
HANDS OFF THE CONTROLLERS! PUT YOUR HANDS IN THE AIR WHERE WE CAN SEE THEM! WE HAVE YOU SURROUNDED!
@@jacobchang7165 It's a joke... like "hands off the weapons" rather than controllers.
"Punching yourself hurts."
No, REALLY Emile? I thought it gave you super powers!
If it was final fantasy 2 it would
the stats didnt matter in mp1 and 2. not sure why emile started caring about it in 3 other than him wanting to use it as a poor excuse to claim victory
It's an Arin Hanson tactic. When Arin is losing badly to Danny he always forces a final round for all the beans and somehow ends up winning. Same with Chuggaa he's a sore loser (and a dickish winner) so he does whatever he can to have a victory even though he lost.
He didn’t. He specifically stated he considered Tim as the winner
So much for that home field advantage for waluigi lol
Cheers to Chuggaconroy recognizing Tim as the real victor.
Interesting enough, if Tim won the final Thwomp Pull and Jon never landed on a happening space during the last turn, Tim would've won the board and in terms of stats.
Had Chuggaa not put that little bit of text in at the end, I could only imagine the flame wars that would've insued about who won.
chugga really does like getting the last word in, doesnt he..
Chugga is like a stray cat. He's cute but you can't really have him. So you just leave food on the porch for him and you love when he comes by but hate when he meows at 2 in the morning.
And he always does because he edits. I sense a bit of shacanery.
JonHT96 And he cheats at Mario Party.
Diazetate what?
Violent Sparkle he doesnt
Congrats to Tim winning Mario party 3! Also I hope they keep the ai for future Mario party games as I think it's adds a nice random factor to the videos.
Well, not congrats to Tim if Chugga tied the game with Tim and they won 2 boards each. The only one who didn't win was Jon. And that's my ALT. ENDING.
Tim had more board victories than Emile.
Congrats on winning Tim!
WE PLAY FOR MAD CASH!
Satisfying to see that each member of TRG has been the overall winner once. =)
TIM WON MARIO PARTY 3! lets all celebrate! they are all tied now!
Yes, I'm glad chuggaa agrees that Tim won overall :)
Congrats, Tim! Good luck on the Duel Maps!
Nice game guys. Jon, you really got screwed at a few moments. Tim, you did great winning the most boards. Emile, You did well winning in stats and gave Tim a good running. In the end, I think you all did fantastic and I can't wait to see you all in the next one.
Congratz, Tim. I bet you're so happy now :)
And Tim finally gets his due! You're winner!
I noticed that Tim won 3 times, Emile won 2 times, Jon won 1 time, and the AI won 0 XD
"Even though I won in stats, I think we can all agree that Tim won overall"
DAMN RIGHT HE DID. He deserves this! Now you've all won a MP LP. Now it's up to the A.I./Guest player to win Mario Party 4.
I love the different faces of the dice guy when they are looking at the stats
Tim's win makes me SO HAPPY!
Nice! Now is it time to rumble with minions in the battle boards!
It is like a super bonus round of videos!
(As always, go team Tim.)
We're talking about a guy that gut audibly upset for 10 minutes about losing a bargain box..
I hope Tim wins the duel board version as well. Nice to see each won one game:)
I've said it before, and I shall say it again because of how it seems to always be true. Tim has never won without getting the happening star, and I don't think he ever will. But the funny thing is that if there were no bonus stars at all, he would still have won every board that he did (Except Wario's Battle Canyon).
Dude, Emile considers Tim the overall winner of Mario Party 3
I'm just glad Jon finally beat the the computer
At the beginning of the video, I knew that Chugga would in Waluigi's Island. Anyway, I'm glad Tim won this one. I wonder who's winning 4.

Wow GG on making all this stuff ;)
Sam is right. Chuggaa says so himself, so that needs to change, stats or otherwise!
RedDragonForce2 when Green TRG's places for each games he is not counting boards but the stats (I know I am really late but oh well)
Yeah that first board and last board really made it for chugga in stats though Tim truly did win
Jon never got the minigame star in a single board, yet he had almost 200 more coins than the computer, who got the minigame star in half of the boards.
Interesting.
***** very interesting
Yes it is.
VERY interesting
yay tim wiiins! awesoeme!
Chugga won the first Mario Party, Jon won Mario Party 2, Tim won Mario Party 3.
YEAH Tim that one minigame totally reminds me of Skyward Sword!
There's a difference between treating someone like a 6 year old and being considerate.
I like how even though Tim won chugga still has to say "oh well I won in stats" come on bruh
Yay Tim wins!!!
no, I'm not new.
The music for this board is fantastic.
i agree i dont think its fair that emile was picked on because he was strategic in a game that involves strategy to win. it just proves how immature people are
Thank you for your agreement, I appreciate it, under most circumstances someone would've started trolling me for having stated my opinion. Regardless, I must say Emile was strategic to the bitter end, even if it did backfire a bit with that barter box.
Thank you Chugga! Tim wins his first as a RunawayGuy!
That's Mario Party for ya. There is some skill, the majority of it just depends on what you roll on the dice and what items you get.
This was quite entertaining. I will stop here since I watched the Duel boards. I hope you all do the rest of the Mario Parties soon! :)
Agreed with Chugga, he may have the better stats, but the Mario Party 3 win goes to Tim! Congratulations!
Stand tall, men. We stand among the chosen few of the "No description" club!
It kind of surprises me when Chugga knows a song, since he doesn't know any movies. Haha!
Chugga is mad crazy!
okay now I want to watch all three of them at once on their respective channels
Mario Party 4 belongs to the computer! Glory be to his mighty chips.
XD
Yeah, I gotta agree with Emile. For me, Tim wins Mario Party 3. :D
haha yeah he'd be like, "where's your plunder chest now Jon?!" xD
PickleFish Lips! Oh man the nostalgic memories. It makes me want to watch his entire series of Paper Mario again. (For like the 5th time)
"picklefishlips" chugga quote of the day
I know I don't run the channel, but here's an idea for the duel maps: Have 3 guests for three of the boards and each takes on one TRG regular; Jon vs Jake, Chuggaa vs Josh, Tim vs Lucah, just as an example, since Jake's in Japan, I know. Then have the other 3 Duel Boards a Round Robin between either the 3 normal TRG, or the first 3 duel winners.
I'm sure alot of people would've assumed chugga won looking at numbers only, so he was just clarifying for those who didnt know who won the lp
Me, personally, did see many ways he could of changed it up, but tim himself said he didnt think it would change it that much.
good LP you three. Your Mario Party LPs are always my favorite! Can't wait for whatever's new! And also, Congrats Tim on winning! :D
Oh god, that's brilliant. It's like a compulsion.
true, ultimately it really just comes down to a game that shouldn't be taken too seriously. So I honestly root for all of them
Rankings for MP3:
Overall winner Tim
Chugga: 26 stars, 48 coins, 620 coins (minigame), 334 coins (max), 60 blue, 5 red, 17 happening, 2 chance, 3 bowser, 3 battle
Tim: 21 stars, 67 coins, 267 coins (minigame), 83 coins (max), 65 blue, 8 red, 25 happening, 1 chance, 1 bowser, 3 battle
D'Oh I missed: 20 stars, 39 coins, 364 coins (minigame), 678 coins (max), 64 blue, 14 red, 14 happening, 1 chance, 4 bowser, 6 battle
Jon: 17 stars, 0 coins, 539 coins (minigame), 110 (max), 51 blue, 4 red, 25 happening, 2 chance, 1 bowser, 8 battle
I will probably end up subtracting a few stars at the end to see what would happen if certain rules are amended
#1: 200 coins instead of 100 coins, it's gotten ridiculous with game guy
#2: replace bonus stars at end with 1 bonus star, an extra star with the overall winner, and a star with the stat winner
#3: 5 stars at the end, 2 to the one who won the most boards in total, 2 to the one who won the most games in total, and 1 to the one who won the most boards according to stats.
MP rankings:
Chugga: 89 stars, 22 coins, 2188 coins (minigame), 334 coins (max), 221 blue, 35 red, 56 happening, 6 chance time, 13 bowser
Jon: 78 stars, 30 coins, 1699 coins (minigame), 188 coins (max), 206 blue, 28 red, 64 happening, 8 chance time, 11 bowser
D'Oh I Missed: 52 stars, 75 coins, 1672 coins (minigame), 678 coins (max), 223 blue, 43 red, 48 happening, 5 chance time, 20 bowser
Tim: 46 stars, 37 coins, 913 coins (minigame), 139 coins (max), 234 blue, 34 red, 62 happening, 7 chance time, 10 bowser
Tim got the most wins. Props to Chuggaa for considering Tim the winner. After all, if one person had somehow managed to win a game by, say, 8 stars, they would have won via the stats.
i like how chuggaa still uses his last LP picture.
I love these videos. keep up the good work
they said that they wanted to finish off the N64 trilogy with the three of them because its almost like tradition.
Best description ever.
But the duel boards are one of the best things in MP3. They also involve even more strategy by deciding how to position partners & in gate guy's case when to go through the junction.
