Hi Chris, vir die deeg gebruik ons meel, 1 eier, sout en bier. Ons gooi bier en meel by tot mengsel die dikte is van plaatkoekies. Op die vis gooi ons net sout, peper en paprika.

That is Hottentot or Cape Bream there legal size is 22cm and only permitted 10 a man with a Post Office permit They love white mussels or sardine Thats out in the Brandpad off Seapoint and Clifton Some days good some not as they travel with current everday different bank depends on size of bank I fished that area for more than 49 years Lekker fun until Mr Seal rocks up then you can pull anchor and your day is spoiled as they the Seals follow you ha ha thats part of the fun Gotta take pain with fun😂
