    In-depth tactical analysis of the American forward /winger Christian Pulisic. Does he have what it takes to terrorize the defense once more in the Italian League ? Does he live up to or go beyond former soccer stars like Clint Dempsey and London Donovan ?What are his key technical strengths attributes and more critically, just how good is he?

    Love this! Copa America is now, and every team knows to stop Pulisic. But, he has shown leadership for the young USMNT. Milan a perfect club for him, he is forming into a top player able to carry the weight of a nation.

    a very technical player. Fun to watch and really makes teammates better. I hope he can stay healthy.

      A marverick I think. He's survived injury scares , he's tough.Should get to his mid 30's still playing

    Great analysis but I disagree with the Pulisic defensive takeaways. He averages a better tackle% rate than anyone on the list and he intercepts the ball more than anyone other than Adingra. I'd say he's an average defensive winger with above average defensive workrate.

    • @nuancesports
      @nuancesports  Год назад

      Fair enough. I'd say the stats do point to a high interception rate ,the eye test does support this too. I digress on his tackling though. If you look at the actual numbers not the per 90 stats, you will see he has significantly fewer attempts.His numbers are nowhere near Adingra, Gordon or Saka

    Great video! A couple items:
    - Pulisic has just been named Milan's PK taker. We'll see how many he gets to take.
    - If you abbreviate "AC Milan," it's Milan, not "AC."

    Rarely does anyone mention his constant pressing & defensive efforts, ability to play effectively in front of a very poor/inconsistent RB behind him (as opposed to Theo & Leao), along with his impressive ability to win penalties and cause red cards. The penalty winning & red cards changed multiple games by themselves.

      Pulisic could fall out of bed, take a dump and be a country mile better than Mudryk. Mudryk --HAS-- considerable technical ball-handling skill, but his shot accuracy is HORRIBLE, he is one-footed, and when under defensive pressure he completely shits the bed. Actually, kind of sad to watch. A Tier-3 or Championship player. Barley EPL standard, if ever.

    Great analysis but PLEASE stop calling Milan “AC”. There are two teams in Milan, there is INTER and MILAN. Anyways, I 100% see Pulisic becoming USA’s best ever player, he has talent to spare

      There is 2 clubs. AC and Inter. No one will misunderstand if you said AC instead of Milan. But there will be misunderstanding if you say Milan expecting everyone to think you're talking AC.

    Pulisic is a very technical ,who plays intelligent football soccer.
    In my opinion he will not fit in an
    English team playing their old style
    practice...kick and run, push and chug.
